Negativ The shower cut off after about 5 seconds made showering a very long process ! Never found a dog shower !

Positiv Small but well laid out campsite with shady pitches of beautiful mature trees - nestled in the rolling vineyards of the Champagne region. Beautiful spot. A lovely introduction and talk about the champagne house - by the 8th generation owner/producer. Very informative and obviously very proud and passionate about his family business. As the host he was very welcoming friendly and warm and gave us all the information for the camping site.

Negativ The tasting could have been improved by a bigger range of champagne - we were offered two small glasses, and it was hard to decide what to buy on the basis of two tastings. I would rather have paid for the experience and tasted more of the range. Also some conviviality - offering us chairs might have made us feel a bit more welcome. But a good introduction to champagne and we learned alot. The showers and washrooms were very basic - but they were clean and functional.

Vom Platzbetreiber: Dear Sir, We have taken note of your review, of your compliments regarding the upkeep of our campsite and the warmth of our welcome. We also regret your comment about the tasting. While we have a varied range with a minimum of 5 years aging for all our champagnes, we cannot offer a tasting of the entire range every evening... I would like to clarify, the guided tasting, offered to all our guests, is limited to 2 examples of our work, mainly to avoid issues on the road due to high consumption, especially during this hot period. Additionally, it is entirely possible to book one of our personalized tasting packages. They are described at the cellar, or on the notice board at the campsite. Finally, there are chairs available and a large table that were waiting just for you. I always make it clear that it is possible to sit down if one wishes to listen to my explanations while seated.

Positiv The sanitary facilities were amongst the bestvwe have experienced. They were modern, clean andcstate if the art washong machines and dryers. The swimming pool was small but lovely.The restaurant area was so cute and all loojed such fun, with a play area right infront so parents coukd enjoy a meal whilst their children played. The riverside.pitches were spacious and shady - altogether a lovely site.

Positiv Lovely well kept pretty campsite with fabulous views of the sea or shady sites under mature trees. Good electric hook up. Fabulous modern shower block and wonderfully hospitable staff who can't do enough to help. Some lovely coastal walks to nearby towns with good restaurants and shops etc. Would definitely recommend
