Negativ Put into a flooding field and we lost a £600 tent holiday from hell

Vom Platzbetreiber: Unfortunately we are not able to control the weather. The field was dry when you were pitched there and we did not foresee the severity of the incoming storm, which made headline news and washed out many campsites in Wales. You told us you were leaving the tent, this was confirmed to us when we saw you dropping the poles and leaving. We later recovered your tent in full and disposed of it, at a cost to us. We also issued you a full refund as a gesture of good will.
