Vom Platzbetreiber: Thank you for taking the time and trouble to leave feedback and we are pleased you enjoyed both the pub and the pub food. The pub is a traditional coaching inn and as such is at the hub of the local country road network. Whilst this has the great advantage of enabling easy access to local attractions, as you say the roads can at times be busy. There are 2 shower blocks (as indicated on the Campsite Arrival Map) providing 4 showers in total. At check-in we do also invite campers to use the pub toilets during pub opening times. The toilets and showers are cleaned and reviewed on a regular basis and noting that they can become busy during the ‘rush hours’ we do ask if there are any issues that these are brought to the attention of the pub staff so that they can be addressed in a timely manner. We also ask that campers do not dispense of their used camping equipment in the rubbish skips as, despite the efforts of staff to redistribute the rubbish, this quickly fills them up. In terms of cost you did book an electrical pitch. Unfortunately for the electrical hook ups we pay higher commercial rates of electricity that also attract a 20% rate of VAT. I am sure you would join us in the campaign to reduce the VAT rate on hospitality, which of course can then be passed onto our guests. I do hope this provides some clarity to your feedback.

Positiv A hidden gem! Lovely view and such a calm and relaxing athmosphere, lovely host. Our kid spent his time running around the field and playing with other kids having a great time untill the sun set. The road leading up to the campsite is an adventure for bigger vans, but absolutely worth the ride

Positiv Very friendly wardens, nicely situated near the charming town of Mousehole. The campsite would benefit greatly if sanitary facilities could be retrofitted directly on the site instead of sharing with the football-club
