Positiv Really enjoyed our stay at Manor Farm. The site was really well kept, the facilities were clean and maintained to a high standard and the communication was great. We enjoyed our pizzas on pizza night and although we didn't have pies on pie night, I'm sure they would be good too. There were also other things on offer like goat walking and cookery classes for the kids and a nice play area. The site was well located with plenty to do within a 30 minute drive.

Positiv Lovely small site (which we like)! The showers and toilets were really clean and there were lots of little extras like firepits/wood for hire, a vending machine for some essentials, a fridge and microwave. Brilliantly located for easy access to the East Coast/Flamingo Land etc. We will definitely return!

Positiv Lovely, well thought out areas for pitching your tent. The grass has been kept long in areas to pitch against - meaning people can't pitch too close behind you. It also makes the campsite more interesting with lots of little areas rather than being just a square field. Despite it being a busy weekend in the summer hols, it didn't feel like everyone was on top of each other! The communal bar has a fridge, microwave and kettle for everyone to use and there is the option to hire firepits/chiminea's and big bags of fire wood. The showers are surprisingly lovely and the toilets are kept clean! We really liked it here and will return - a little gem not too far from home!
