Negativ I didnt dislike anything, the only one negative I found was the showers were not very warm the 2 times I used them, however, others in my group had different experiences.

For future guests, we’d like to clarify that our campsite is a traditional rural grass site, and we advise all guests before booking that the ground is naturally uneven in places. Our shared toilet and shower facilities are cleaned and restocked daily, and we also provide mops, cleaning products and notices asking guests to help keep the facilities tidy between cleans, as a small number of inconsiderate users can unfortunately affect them very quickly.

Positiv Excellent facilities and friendly hosts. Beautiful Pizzas available on a Friday evening for a reasonable price. Water points throughout the site. Made friends with a lovely friendly cat :)

Negativ uneven pitches for non-electric made it so the tent could only be pitched in one direction - the wrong direction for the weather :(

We sincerely apologize that your assigned pitch was so uneven it limited your tent's setup direction, especially since this put you in an unfavourable position for the weather. We do our best to maintain all our pitches, but some of our grass pitches can shift and settle over time, and we regret that this impacted your stay. Moving Forward: We want to assure you that had we been made aware of the issue with your pitch when you were here, we would have immediately offered to move you to an alternative non-electric pitch to ensure you had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Positiv What is not to like! Beautiful, peaceful camp site. Host was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. This site is very friendly to dogs. The honesty shack was a very welcome addition.
