Negativ Building work going on Tractors and a large Excavator digging up the grounds next to the pitches We had to leave due to a family issue but these issues made it an easy decision this time - we let them k law we were leaving early but they offered no refund of our unused stay remaining. With thought for our circumstances - it would have been nice to have the refund offered - real shame that these little things will prevent our return

We appreciate that this was a difficult time for you and your family. We would, however, like to provide some additional context regarding the points raised in your review. During your stay, improvement work took place for a short period over one of your four days on park, involving our excavator as part of ongoing investment in guest facilities. The new washroom building is currently under construction, although much of the work at present is internal, including plasterboarding, with limited visible activity unless specifically looking towards the building area rather than enjoying the sea views and surrounding scenery. We were sorry that this affected your experience and, as discussed, we offered a goodwill credit for the remainder of the 2026 season through to the end of November. As bookings for 2027 are not yet available, we were unable to extend this into next year at the time.
