Positiv Really simple campsite Stayed a few times now and just a great spot to use to break up a journey, but it feels really remote and cocooned

Negativ After staying a few times, the campervan field has worn off and I just feel like there needs to be some sort of view, similar to the tent field, rather than grown hedges. It feels a bit like you're out the way.

Positiv It's a good location and has great facilities, everything you need and love the hut that had any extras you may need. Nice big pitches

Negativ Didn't have any contact for owners on site and the site has never locked, so as solo female felt slightly uneasy about this considering the busy road not far away

Positiv Beautiful location, absolutely stunning and feels very special. Had a lovely chat with priddie on all things herbs and really enjoyed my stay. I'll stay again whenever I'm in the area - great spot

Positiv Beautiful campsite, so peaceful - has everything you need. Very little signal, but that's a bonus for me - love being able to disconnect and sink into nature. Can't wait to go back.

Positiv I wasn't lucky with the weather when I stayed here, and i still had a beautiful time so can only imagine how wonderful it is with the sun shining! The field is really peaceful and I loved the little inside area to keep warm & have a pot of tea. Will definitely be back!

Positiv What a wonderful campsite. When you get there, the owner meets you and you drive up on what feels like a farm yard safari up to the camping fields. The views are sensational and because you've driven further up, you don't hear a peep. What a beautiful place!

Positiv Great location, it has two different pitch areas to choose from either the river or a field, both are lovely within their own right. Felt like stepping back in time. Very blissful despite it being busy, was lovely

Positiv Really gorgeous area, lovely walks, loved the woodland shower and incredible farm shop in walking distance

Negativ I stayed in a campervan so was in the field with hedges, it was great and there are a few dips in the hedges, but I imagine if it's busy and those gaps have already gone, you don't really get the best view
