Positiv The facilities are immaculate all the time and obviously cleaned regularly, the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and no more than 30 minutes away from anywhere. The view when clear is outstanding. The kids loved having the park, and goal posts and made some lovely friendships and memories.

Negativ We were aware of the likelihood of road noise but it was far louder than we were prepared for (and we live at the bottom of a railway line) there is also working dogs close by which bark constantly, which added to the noise... whilst we appreciate this is out of the campsites control, it did affect our experience. There were also far more pitches than shown on the map which made things feel abit cramped when full - also not helped by 2/3 campervans on one pitch one night making lots of noise until late (these were gone by 6am so assume there were not supposed to be there!!)

Positiv A lovely peaceful campsite that was very family friendly. The facilities were nice and clean, and the location was perfect for visits across the isle of Anglesey and Bangor/Caenarfon etc. 100% would stay again.

Negativ The WiFi wasn’t particularly good. Struggled to load webpages nevermind any kind of streaming, but that is a minor criticism as everything else was fantastic!

Regarding the WiFi, it is intended to cover the all pitches, but external factors such as weather and signal interference mean it cannot always be guaranteed. If you had let us know during your stay, we would have been happy to look into the issue and try to help. Adding this to a review after leaving doesn’t give us the opportunity to resolve it for you at the time. I’m sorry that the connection wasn’t strong during your visit.

Positiv Beautiful and well-maintained site with fantastic facilities. The toilets and showers were super clean and well-maintained.

It’s very well kept and recommend a visit

It’s right off the A55 and easy access
Shops, train station and beaches nearby … a beautiful part of Anglesey

Positiv Brilliant views of Snowdonia.
Sloping pitch, but used levellers.
Good facilities.
Never saw the owners at all.

Positiv The cleanliness. The site was immaculate and so were the shoers and toilets. Always plenty of hot water.
The scenery is amazing
The weather was also amazing

Negativ Reception was NEVER open
The slope on the site made for a slightly difficult pitch and sleepy was awkward.
The dogs on the farm next to the site, barked 24/7 and would put us off staying again
The road noise
There were also 2 XL Bullies on site , the rules specifically sad these breeds were not allowed on. They ran at my husband with our two Scottie dogs . They were off lead and not muzzled. The owner grabbed them apologised and said she was sorry they were not good at recall. It was terrifying.
