Positiv The location - gorgeous 360 degree Welsh valley views.
Super helpful and friendly owner.
The pitches. The site wasn’t busy on the touring pitches and we had the pick of where to go.
Great river bank to sit at and simply watch the river go by.
There are new toilets/showers being built for next season. Not many at the moment.
All in all we loved our stay. Thank you.

Positiv The facilities were great, the kitchen area was clean and they even had a fridge and freezer for you to purchase drinks and things to eat which was a great touch. The campsite was a lovely size and quiet at night to get a decent sleep! The ownder Adam was super friendly and very helpful. The walk to the local pub was lovely, amazing food and people were so friendly! The campsite has a river where you can sit and relax and even swim in good weather, the dog loved it!! We were only staying for one night but extended it to two.

Positiv Great site with river on site lovely set up food fridge and ice pops for kids was really useful. It’ll be better next year when there is more showers and a new block. Very relaxed kids loved playing in the fields and up the hill across the road

Negativ Just the shower was negative as only one will come again though and just shower in evening like we did this time too hot in day anyway

Positiv What van we say, we was greeted by Adam, who was very helpfull explaining where everything was and even gave us a longer lead for hooking up to electric.
Toilet and shower was very clean and water was lovely and hot.
The honesty box (shop) was fantastic which was stoked with everything you may need, had to try the burgers which were fantastic 4 for £4.
Nice walk along the river, site clean and tidy and lovely and quiet.
Would highly recomend.

Positiv Quiet location in the valley, surrounded by fields and hills. Great location for the Brecon Beacons, Hay-on-Wye and Elan Valley. We stayed in one of the bell tents on site, was a great option to save bringing a tent! Lots of room around the tent for parking, playing, camp fires. Amenities were simple but clean and there was a fridge freezer with items you may have missed from your list as well as a kettle and microwave which definitely came in handy. Would happily stay again

Positiv I booked this as a surprise for our 10 year wedding anniversary as something different and unusual. It definitely was that. It was amazing down to all the fine details with breakfast being left to pictures of the boat on the water in its original glory. Me and my husband had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend. Staff are so friendly and check in with you. Overall great stay and would recommend to anyone. Amazing quiet weekend away with beautiful scenery.

Negativ Can’t complain or dislike anything, if I had to the only thing I could say is the sun was not out as long on the decking which is a silly dislike.
