We're sorry that the TV signal and Wi-Fi on the touring pitches didn't meet your expectations. As advised before your arrival, the touring area is situated in a dip, which unfortunately prevents us from installing receivers there. This means TV signal and Wi-Fi coverage can be very limited in that part of the park.
We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back again in the future.

Positiv Amazing reception from the two ladies. Couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Nice bar on site with good prices. Well looked after and had a lovely stay. Picturesque views by the river running through the site.

Negativ Disappointed with the showers and toilets for the size of the site looking a bit neglected regarding the subarea all around and very small pitches for a awning and car

We're sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay didn't meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the shower and toilet facilities, and your feedback will be taken on board as we continue to improve the site.
Regarding the pitch size, during the summer months we are unable to cut back the edges around pitches because birds are nesting in the area.. We are committed to protecting local wildlife, so this means pitches can appear smaller than they do during the winter, when we are able to carry out hedge maintenance.

Positiv Excellent location near town. Hot tub

Negativ Having to heat the hot tub and the temp being uncontrollable. Was too cold when we went out for dinner filled more wood in it and when we came back it was boiling. Water pressure at the pitch wasn’t great do it took ages to cool it down

We're sorry to hear that managing the hot tub temperature was frustrating. As our hot tubs are wood-fired, they do require guests to monitor and adjust the fire to maintain their preferred temperature. We understand that adding extra wood before going out can sometimes result in the water becoming hotter than expected.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the water pressure. We'll review this to see if any improvements can be made, as we understand it can be inconvenient when cooling the tub down.

We'd like to clarify that we do not charge our touring guests for Wi-Fi. Due to our location in a dip within the landscape, the connection can be intermittent and unreliable at times, so we provide it free of charge on request.
That said, we're pleased to see that this didn't detract from your overall stay and that you still had an enjoyable visit with us :)

Positiv My mum and dad enjoyed there stay, it would have been more enjoyable if the weather was better but can’t predict this Scottish weather.

Positiv Excellent proximity to Crieff, very clean toilets and showers. Hot tubs and excellent benefit. Extremely friendly staff. Beutiful river for fishing of which you can buy permits for. Would definitely return again.
