Me gustó Our wood was waiting on arrival. Tea and coffee provided. Clean towels and bedding. Washing up liquid too. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed seeing Ruby, a friendly camp cat, each day up at reception. We will be back again.

Me gustó Very good site close to town, very friendly staff and very helpful. I only haven’t given 10/10 as the bar wasn’t open after 4.30 on site but there may be a reason for this, so not a bit negative. The local pub The Meadow Inn had excellent food and very friendly staff explained they were very busy but fitted us in but had to wait 45 minutes to order so if you are arriving late, book as they last orders are around 8.00

We also appreciate your comments about the bar. As we're just a short walk from the town centre and its wide range of pubs, restaurants and other amenities, we don't keep the on-site bar open into the evening, as most guests prefer to head into town. We hope this helps explain our opening hours.

Me gustó Liked the hot tub and staff were lovely, nice tranquil location, the bed was comfortable and clean towels for use available in pod.

No me gustó Pod was quite dated but ok for a short stay, the water was really hot then really cold and was very difficult to get a good temperature, especially in the shower, and the curtains were a bit mouldy.

Me gustó The setting, just inside Crieff, next to the River Earn was delightful. Pod and hot-tub were excellent, with more conveniences than others we've stayed at. Best of all was the staff and their help (in person and on phone), so welcoming and helpful with any request. Surprise visit from Ruby (the cat) each morning was a treat as was the wildlife in the river (heron, ducks & otters). We'll be back.

No me gustó Nothing really. Pod was showing a bit of age, but nothing to complain about.

We're sorry that the TV signal and Wi-Fi on the touring pitches didn't meet your expectations. As advised before your arrival, the touring area is situated in a dip, which unfortunately prevents us from installing receivers there. This means TV signal and Wi-Fi coverage can be very limited in that part of the park.
We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back again in the future.

Me gustó Amazing reception from the two ladies. Couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Nice bar on site with good prices. Well looked after and had a lovely stay. Picturesque views by the river running through the site.
