Positiv Great campsite with fab showers. Loved the swimming pool, steam room and sauna
Fabulous views of the sea on our pitch, so worth a visit

Negativ WiFi wud be better from the pitches, had to go to main reception/bar area to get any network

Positiv Lovely clean shower block. Reception staff friendly.

Negativ Hooks needed around the wash basins to hang towel and wash bag.
Reception staff to have good knowledge of local bus routes and stops !!

Our Reception team are usually absolute queens for the local buses, so I'm sorry you felt that this was lacking - we have bus timetables in Reception and will always do our best to help out with the routes and best place to catch them. I'll pass your feedback on regarding hooks for future planning.
Pleased that overall you had a lovely stay with us though and we hope to welcome you back soon!

Positiv The most cheerful welcome, got accompanied to pitch, lovely level pitch, great facilities.

Negativ Wish we had longer to stay and explore. The outdoor pool was sadly closed. I know its October but it looked very.inviting!

Our pool closes mid Sept as it does get a bit chillier out there - however it is still available for a cold plunge if you're brave enough!

Staff very helpful and accommodating.

Negativ Shower heads very powerful like a jet hitting your head. Couldn’t adjust temperature and have to keep pressing button in no taps.

Thanks for your feedback regarding the showers, I'll ask the maintenance team to see if we can adjust the pressure at all. We do have the press buttons rather than taps to ensure showers aren't left running after use and to help with our commitment to reducing waste water.

Positiv Our pitch was grass, with a superb view across the bay ,site was very clean, WC block was immaculate, staff we’re really friendly, all amenities we’re self contained on site.

Negativ When we booked the pitch online, it said there were no hard standing available, but when we got to site there were quite a few available So where possible book directly with Beverley .
