喜欢 Very clean toilet and shower area, lovely views of the sea. Not too noisy, very clean and lots of space! Kids love the pool and evening entertainment!

喜欢 The pitch was right by the facilities which were kept clean, the views were amazing and lovely to wake up to in the morning. The pool and entertainment were great to keep the kids busy and occupied

不喜欢 We paid 21 pound for WiFi at our pitch but never worked

喜欢 Absolutely stunning views.
Lovely flat pitches in field 2.
Beautiful pool facilities.
Bathroom facilities were clean and very up to date.
Great food offerings with good deals (free kids meals with paying adult at any meal time)
Both fish and chip shop and the jetty offer gluten free food which is fab when 2 of us are coeliac!
Warden was extremely helpful and welcoming.

不喜欢 Upon arrival checking in is confusing, unsure where to park to go into reception. Cars were parked in caravan check in bay as not clearly marked.
Would be much easier to check in if the warden met you when you drive in!

Sorry that you were disturbed by kids riding electric scooters on park, we do ask as part of our site rules that these are not used on park and our team will always speak to any guests if we spot them. However, it's worth noting for your next stay, that if you experience any disturbance, please let us know - you can always call our Evening Customer Service team out of hours, and they will discreetly deal with any issues so that everyone can continue to enjoy their holiday.

We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the restaurant and the beautiful view of Torquay.
We do have a dog friendly section of our Jetty Restaurant and the whole of the terrace, which is open daily until 9pm during the main season. At weekends and every day through the main summer holidays, our Saltwater Bar is open and dog friendly. The main Starlight entertainment venue can get quite busy, with lots of lights and noise, which can sometimes be overwhelming for pets. For their comfort and safety, we have to restrict them from those areas. Our pool hours have been extended to 6pm for the summer season.
We do hope to welcome you back to Beverley Holidays in the future,

喜欢 fab views over the bay and heritage railway, big well maintained pitches, nice food from bar

不喜欢 long walk to the shower and toilet blocks, needs another closer to the motorhomes pitches

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the power hook-ups and drinking water taps. We do have a good number of each on park, with some of our Service and Premier Service pitches having their own taps. The pitches are very popular, so we always recommend booking as early as possible to secure the best possible pitch for your stay.
We work with local suppliers to ensure our food is of the best quality and freshness - this can mean that we're a little more expensive than other local pubs and eateries, but we do our best to keep prices reasonable and have a range of meals available to suit all budgets. I've passed your feedback on to the team so that we can bear this in mind for future menu planning.
