Delighted that you enjoyed our location, views and our Jetty restaurant and bar. We have glass recycling behind our Reception, but I take your point that it isn't hugely obvious and we'll see what we can do to make it clearer for future.

Positiv Lovely clean park and excellent hard standing pitches. Great shower and toilet facilities and a good idea with background music in the toilets. Lovely breakfast at the restaurant .

Positiv Bathroom facilities, water on the pitch.
Very clean and tidy.
View was amazing from our original pitch (see dislike).

Negativ The pitch I was on was double booked. Even though there were a lot of spare pitches. Spent one night on the pitch, went out for a few hours, came back to find a caravan on my pitch.

A bit confusing on arrival where to park before reporting to reception

Please accept our sincere apologies for the mix up with your pitch - we had a bit of a technical issue with our system and I am so sorry that this affected your stay. Please be assured that this doesn't usually happen and we have looked into it to ensure it doesn't happen again.
I do hope that you might reconsider and stay with us again in the future if you're in the area - let us know if we can help with a new booking at all.

Positiv Great pitch, flat and level
Full washing up facilities that are kept super clean , toilets were very big had everything from mirrors with lights to hairdryers shave points ect, very spacious showers overall super super clean even had music playing in there
Amazing staff at reception offering texi recommendations and even recommending places to eat even though there is a onsite chip shop and little restaurant. Has and inside and outside pool which from looking in looks well kept up and very clean. Whole site is very clean.

Negativ Bit tricky to park touring caravan to go into reception to check in before going to your pitch, and got lost with the map a little ( also user error)

Thanks for your feedback re parking on arrival - our car park can get a little busy at times, but we do have touring bays that you can pull into in the main car park.

Vom Platzbetreiber: Thanks for your feedback - our team work really hard to ensure the best possible experience, so I am sorry that you didn't have the best time with us. For late arrivals, although our evening team are usually in Reception, if for any reason they need to step away, we have a note on the Reception door with the phone number so that they can get you checked in as swiftly as possible.
We did have some issues with our chemical toilet block during your stay, but these have now been rectified once reported - I am sorry that it impacted your stay.
I'm not sure what you mean regarding offers not working, so do get in touch so we can understand this and hopefully fix it.
I do hope that you may change your mind and stay with us in the future so that we can give you the usual Beverley Holidays experience - do get in touch if we can help at all.

Positiv lovely site friendly staff, good site facilities and very nice views from our Motorhome.
Also the use of the sports bar on the adjacent site.

Will definitely be coming back.

Negativ not a dislike but thought there might have been a bigger area in the jetty bar for the dogs as there were only 5 tables that i can recall.

Thanks for your feedback on the Jetty bar, I'll pass this on - however don't forget that our Jetty terrace is dog friendly if the weather is fine and there are even some covered tables if it's not!
