Positiv Absolutely lovely site, couldn't really fault it. We were given a tent pitch with a gorgeous view, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The facilities, from the pools to the restaurants and the showers etc were all great, I loved the small touches like playing music into the shower and toilets. Perfect location. Overall great stay, would highly recommend.

Staff in restaurent stressed and overworked. Good food but waited 50 mins for it to be delivered. Steep hills locally for access.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, sorry to hear that you wouldn't visit us again and that you felt the wait for food was long. We do advise that as our food is all cooked fresh and with the best possible ingredients, it can at busier times take longer than we might hope for - but hopefully it was delicious when you received it! Our park is exceptionally busy with families having wonderful holiday experiences in August, and I appreciate your comments that it might have felt noisy. We do have pitching guidelines to ensure everyone is correctly spaced and our team do pitch checks to make sure.
Really pleased you were able to take advantage of the great transport links and visit our local towns. Also that you found the team to be helpful!

Positiv Food in Jetty restaurant was lush. Staff were great. Shower blocks modern fresh and clean. Well stocked shop on site. Generous pitch sizes.

Negativ Food and drink prices, although was expected!

Positiv Excellent camp site. Clean toilets. Club house. Didn't manage a go in swim pool unfortunately but it looked very inviting. Was busy every day we were there. Lovely camp site.
Wifi only works round club house.

Positiv Clean, modern facilities. Perfect sized camping pitches overlooking the beautiful bay. Plenty of water points. The entertainment was fantastic for the kids. The prices when you are there are very reasonable. And the there is a shop on-site with EVERYTHING you will need.
We will be returning again next year!

Positiv Our kids loved the pool, handy good sized shop and the food in the jetty was very good. It was a slow service in The Jetty but the staff were very attentive and great atmosphere.
Lovely location, wouldn’t choose our pitch site again as caravans bloke the view compared to higher pitches.

Negativ Kids very noisy late at night (10.30/11pm each night) outside tents/ caravans.
Please adjust quiet time🙏🏻

Thanks for your lovely review, really pleased that the kids loved the pool and loved the location. Our food is cooked fresh to order in the Jetty, so there can be a wait at times, but I hope that your meal was delicious when it arrived and am chuffed that the team were friendly while you waited.
