Ever wanted to pitch up near Paignton, or better yet, in a spot which has sea views and sits a few minutes' walk away from a long sandy beach? Behold Beverley Park, a site with spectacular scenery less than a mile from the rockpools of the sandy Broadsands beach. When it comes to relaxation, you might want to start at one of the park's two heated outdoor pools, then read the papers at the poolside café. Another option is to visit the sauna, steam room and hot tub, and then have steak or fish and chips (or both) along with a cocktail or a glass of wine (or both) at the Jetty Bar and Terrace. If you feel more energetic and ambitious, get crazily competitive at crazy golf or fit in a workout at the gym. There are plenty of family-friendly facilities at Beverley Park including outdoor adventure playgrounds, kids' clubs, paddling pools, soft play, family amusements and an indoor playroom. The daytime activity programme also has a variety of activities like water zorbing and beach rambles. More? There is also the Catch takeaway and Starlight bar for refreshments and a shop for those who decide to self-cater. Family bathrooms are also among the facilities.

喜欢 Very well laid out site, most pitches with a view across Paignton and Torquay, but not all. We were lucky to move to a pitch facing the view, original pitch with no view of anything. Amenities very good, and highly recommend a meal in the on-site restaurant. Great location for all the coastal trips. Will definitely go back but pre-book a specific pitch next time.

不喜欢 Sea view hedge was too high until it was trimmed on our last day. Shame their was no free wifi as so many others do.

喜欢 The staff were so friendly and helpful in all areas of the park. We loved the swimming areas and the views were incredible. The showers were always hot and everywhere was well lit.

不喜欢 There was a lot of noise from other campers on one of the nights until early hours of the morning, singing, loud music etc and alot of off lead dogs so felt some of the rules should have been better enforced.

喜欢 The pitch location was spacious and the view brilliant. The toilet/shower block was clean and tidy. The water in the showers hot and plenty of hot water in the wash-up area too.

不喜欢 The piches are sloping, you are on a hill, some more sloping than others.

喜欢 Spacious pitches giving good privacy. Water tap on your pitch. Fantastic showers, toilets and washing up facilities. When the weather is good the views are amazing. Price includes access to the sites entertainment and indoor and outdoor pools.

不喜欢 Lack of nearby walking trails but regular bus takes you to Paignton or Brixham.

喜欢 Stayed in field 2 which is great and well kept with extra large spacious pitches.

不喜欢 Unfortunately in field 2 the views are spoilt by 5 ft hedges, best views in Torbay and they can't be enjoyed from your unit.

喜欢 Generous sized pitches. A reasonably priced bar serving great food. Free dog treats was a bonus for our pooches.

不喜欢 Our fully serviced pitch, which commands a premium price, had no sea views. Cheaper pitches had fantastic views.

We don't guarantee sea views from any of our pitches, but wherever you are on the park you're never far from a sea view. Our service pitches which you had booked come with electric, water and waste water drainage on the pitch which is all included in the price.

不喜欢 Outside pool not open (we knew this so not a big problem), indoor pool & spa excellent when not too busy

We do have an additional family toilet block near the swimming pool that we open at particularly busy times, so there are lots of options for showers and toilets around the park.

Beverley Park is within easy driving distance of Devon days out and activities for all weathers, whether you want to browse around award-winning attractions, dive into beach days and watersports or delve into the options of Dartmoor National Park. Kids can plead for days at Paignton Zoo Environmental Park just over a mile from Beverley Park, Living Coasts within four or Pennywell Farm at Buckfastleigh nine miles away. If history's more their thing (ha), they can try trips to the likes of Babbacombe Model Village and the Victorian street and model railway of Bygones history museum, both at Torquay. The park is close to the tiptop Devon towns of Torquay, Brixham, Torbay and Totnes; Dartmouth (ships! castle!) is about eight miles away for a day out then a Dartmouth Steam Railway trip puffing gently back to Paignton. Go underground for some time among the prehistoric and cavernous caves of Torquay's award-winning Kents Cavern, first discovered in the 16th century and the inspiration for local resident Agatha Christie's tome The Man in the Brown Suit back in 1924.
