Roselidden House Camping

Positiv This is absolutely the best campsite I've ever been to! The staff are all so friendly, very accommodating to us arriving late (thanks to traffic) and so kind to our kids. I loved that Dawn remembered their names, considering she must meet so many different people every day. The donkeys were very friendly too, our youngest particularly enjoyed them.
The facilities were clean and in good condition, the site was nice and peaceful, perfectly located for us to explore the local area. We'll definitely be back again soon! The narrow country lane leading to the farm was a bit tricky to navigate, but not too bad for us in our little car.

Positiv Fantastic site, stayed for 7 nights. Friendly and approachable owner. Very reasonably priced, emaculate facilities, cafe running from Thurs-Sun serving fabulous food. Friendly donkeys, a shed full of toys for the children. Lovely surroundings and well placed to explore lots of Cornwall. We will be coming back!

Positiv I'm a single 50+ with a little dog. I felt very safe. Excellent basic facilities and the thriving cafe for several mornings was a lovely surprise. It was dog friendly, tents well spaced apart (there was 8 of us in a big field), lovely to say hello to the donkeys. There was access to a shared fridge and plugs for charging and hair tongs etc, there were supplied indoor and out door activities if anyone is interested in games, excellent outdoor washing-up facilities, all the campers were friendly and most of all Dawn and the rest of the staff were wonderful. I cant say anything better than I have booked it again, 2 weekends later, and I will be back there for the weekend in a couple of hours. Cant wait. Thank you so much for making my camping experience wonderful.

Negativ Nothing - I have paid a lot more for facilities much more basic than here.

Positiv Camping tranquille et très accueillant, beaucoup de place pour mettre une tente et voiture, les sanitaires sont nickel propres et suffisants, accès à un frigo et un congelo. Le plus: du vendredi au samedi petit café proposant boissons chaudes et pâtisseries.
Tout cela pour un prix défiant toute concurrence! Je recommande, de plus c’est central pour rayonner.

Negativ L’ombre manque un peu mais les arbres sont plantés et on trouve facilement un emplacement à l’abri du vent.

Positiv We would visit again purely to see Dawn she was wonderful.
The location meant we could easily explore the north and south coast. Also Helston nearby for Tesco ect.
Was a lovely treat to have a breakfast and coffee from the crate on the Friday.
Warm showers with good water pressure.
Everything kept in good condition.
Also had a fridge and charging port which was all a bonus.
Able to BBQ safely

Positiv I have to say the cafe was outstanding. Proper quality produce. Facilities very clean.. staff and manager dawn was very friendly. I cannot express how lovely the site was and views

Negativ Only problem when you are a walker is it's situated a little distance from any shop. But hasn't bothered me.

Positiv Lovely quiet site, received a very warm welcome from the owners. Particularly enjoyed camping near the wild meadow which was going to get mowed in the next few days to be used for food for their rescue donkeys. We watched many beautiful butterflies doing their thing. Definitely like to stay again. Thank you Dawn and Dusty for having us.

Positiv Our favourite campsite in Cornwall so far. Has everything you need and run by a very nice family. The wash facilities are clean and well kept and we also enjoyed our coffee and breakfast from the cafe each morning.

Positiv Great clean and simple facilities, lovely staff and family run site - with Dawn a really great host and runs a great cafe at the weekends for when you just want to grab a breakfast bap or a great cake. Private, sea / rolling hill view ( and a great view of goon hilly), out the way. Park right up to the site and set up camp! We find it to be very quite, we just got back and for half of our week we were the only people on the site which is great if you love a quite retreat!

Really great location, you're basically smack bang in the middle, close to some great beaches and towns, Falmouth/Porthleven and many more. We've been here 4 times or so and will continue to be our go to location.

Oh and it's very well priced! Great for us as we weigh up a Cornish holiday vs going abroad.
