Positiv Large pitches, good facilities and the grounds are beautiful.
Peaceful and a bonus to have access to to the main house which has a bar :)

Negativ A bit more signage would be nice for walks etc

Positiv The views, the great pitches, such great surroundings. A short walk to the bar. So friendly, always made to feel welcome

Negativ The Elsan point needs urgent attention - frankly its disgusting, seems to be blocked, it's the worst I've ever come across.. and we camp in France .

Our maintenance team has since carried out a full inspection and confirmed there are no blockages or issues currently present. We do appreciate you bringing it to our attention, as it helps us ensure everything remains in good working order for future guests.

For future reference, we do have an out-of-hours contact number should anything urgent arise during your stay. This number is included in the welcome email and displayed on the campsite notice board. We’re always happy to help, and we hope to welcome you back again soon.

Positiv The setting is beautiful! A walk through the Japanese garden leads you to the woods. Here your dog can run free as you stroll the myriad of paths, laden in the autumn leaves.

The pitches are spacious hard standing with grass areas and the washup, showers & toilets are perfectly clean.

Great campsite for sightseeing, Guildford & the popular market town Horsham are close by. Worthing & Brighton are not too far by road either. Or jump on the train at Horsham and you are in London in less than an hour.

WiFi is very poor but I'm not complaining because it's nice to put the tec down for a few days.

Negativ The elsan needs to be improved 😬 .

We are glad to hear that you was happy with the pitch, facilities and our Japanese Garden.

Springbok campsite is set in a perfect location for sightseeing and if you would like to leave the car and explore the surroundings we have some fabulous walks through the estate into Sidney Woods.

Sorry to hear about the Elsan, we had a similar complaint around the same time from another campsite guest. Regrettably for us not all of our guests leave the facilities as we would wish to find them.

Positiv Becautiful and tidy environment. No need to check-in or check-out process I can control and feel comfortable about it. Enough hot water.

Negativ The toilet environment is not too much good and distance is a little far away from campsite. Few small lights only on the road to toilet. I have a little scared to go to toilet at night alone. Winds can go inside two of shower rooms which are at the entrance of campsite except that shower room in toilet. It will cold if windy days. And no light in two entry shower room.

Positiv Love this Site Well run We ordered dinner for the next day Was good And the price Lots of nice walks But not near shops So be prepared to take your own food Club house quite But if you like peace Great And also Not bad prices This was my second visit And we will be returning Thank you Springbok

It sounds like you got to use our facilities including frequenting the bar and taking advantage of our delicious meals served by our amazing catering team.
We are in a remote setting which is the beauty of our little site especially if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. We try to cater for everyone so that at Springbok so you can order meals, enjoy a drink or two in our little bar or visit our onsite shop to stock up on provisions.

Positiv Lovely setting, very quiet field, facilities were very clean.

Negativ Only 1 shower which was fine as not busy but might not have been at a busier time. Gravel hard standing very noisy especially with other guests arriving in caravan at midnight. Much more peaceful when moved to field the next day.
