Positiv Nice site, owners were very nice and helpful. Site was out of the way which I like but near enough to get to Lancaster and loads of walks around the area.

Negativ It was a bit noisy with the fork lifts beeping all the time but after a bit you don’t hear them

Positiv Easy topics up all together no actual pitches set out great for group bookings

Negativ Toilets were disgusting not clean poor lighting no room to get in and shut the door behind you unless you stood to side of toilet
Noisy people were singing at 2.30 in the night others arguing
There is an opening onto the canal which could be good for kayaks etc but also too easy for young children to access

Positiv Friendly host and clean campsite

Positiv Such a peaceful campsite. No hassle on arrival, greeted at the gates and given options where to park. Owner came over within 10 minutes and talked us through the simple facilities and local area. This is a lovely, laid back campsite and peaceful campsite. Position alongside a canal, which was perfect for us with our paddle boards. Great value for money. We will defiantly be booking again to stay here.

Positiv Lovely location, short walk to the dock. Also 5 minute drive to Cockerham. Owner was friendly and the pitches were well sized.

Positiv Location, next to the canal and a short walk to Glasson and another lovely pub near Conders Green called the stork, where food was great.

Negativ Nothing apart from as already mentioned, the toilets are a really tight squeeze. However after talking to the owner's wife she says they are trying to upgrade the facilities soon.
