Positiv: Peaceful site. Some road noise, but not too intrusive. Lots of static vans at site, but most empty when we went. Nice clean wet rooms

Negativ: A bit of a mare to find. Had our sat nav beaten. Tea rooms only open latter half of week. Wet rooms a bit small...water goes everywhere!! Use lav first!!
Need to get WiFi sorted. Even basic, budget sites have it.

Vom Platzbetreiber: Sorry your sat nav is beaten. Unfortunately our postcode has been shared with a lot more businesses in the area.
If you'd rung we could have given you directions.
Also if you'd asked we do have WiFi round the tearoom, just not to individual caravans and we could have given you the code.
Most people find that with the toilet seat down the seat doesn't get wet and it's not a problem to them.
You say you can get better amenities on budget sites. That's great.
We feel we offer good value for money.

Positiv: Facilities were spotlessly clean and well maintained
Although not open when we were staying the cafe is nice to have, with covered and uncovered seating

Negativ: The addition of a shelf for wash kits while in the shower rooms would be a useful addition to each room.

Positiv: We found the site very hard to find as the sat nav took us to a small industrial site… we phoned the mobile number and the lady very kindly stayed on the phone and directed us straight to the site where we were met and shown to a plot… we had booked a service plot. The site was spotlessly clean as was the toilet block. There is a cafe with outside seating areas where we had lovely home made scones and a cup of tea. There is also a small garden centre, I bought a lovely big hanging basket for £22.50. There is also an overflow carpark which is enclosed so when the garden centre closes this is used as an exercise area for dogs. The site also has a lovely fishing lake. All in all…. Lovely clean quiet site and friendly staff and will definitely return.

Negativ: Maybe would benefit having a small shop selling fresh products alongside the cafe and garden centre.

Positiv: Very clean, quiet. Wonderful owners and super helpful and friendly. Showers and toilets very clean. Can't fault.

Negativ: You will hear the M6. It didn't bother me at all and tuned it out.

Positiv: Beautiful campsite, spotlessly clean facilities and spacious level pitches. Great cafe on site selling delicious homemade cakes. Ben met us on arrival and showed us to out pitch, he was very friendly and helpful.

Positiv: Met by Ben on our arrival. He showed us to our pitch. Very well kept site. Toilets/showers spotless. Showers lovely and hot. Lots of space. Small dog walking field where u can let your dog off lead.
We will defo return and would recommend to others. Thank u!
