Positiv We stayed for one night at Magpie Meadow on pitch C, and it was a peaceful and relaxing stay. The pitch itself was a really generous size, and the hosts were welcoming and approachable. They gave us great information about the campsite and the local area, including the best walking route into North Walsham.

The facilities were clean and well-stocked with essentials like toilet paper, soap, and washing-up liquid. We especially loved the little wooden summer house, which was packed with local information, walking maps, and handy items to buy or borrow during our stay. The wooden games scattered around the campsite were a fun touch, and the fairy lights lighting up the wooded facility area at night looked absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be coming back!

Positiv Fantastic clean and well kept site.great for our quick stopover.toilets spot on.shower unit with portable shower borrowed great.sink and hot water also included washing up bowl and liquid.fantastic.

Positiv Facilities were so clean yet rustic. Everything you need but no bells and whistles which is just what we like. Owners were very friendly. Woodland pitches are fantastic, especially for a little cool in the heat. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Positiv Very peaceful and tranquil with a perfect slow pace. Loved how the pitches was cut into the meadow grasses with some adding a woodland garden area, the owners were very friendly and accommodating. This site is not over crowded and nicely spaced apart😎👌

Positiv Plenty of space to pitch up. Plenty space inbetween pitches. Everything left to be natural i.e the meadow apart from driveways and paths cut for access . Clean toilets. Clean showers , one can use power rechargeable shower or pump shower, highly recommend the power shower . Warm water for washing up and sink to use . Water easy accessible and cleanly signed . Sweet little hut where u can loan a book or look at what to do around area . They also have picnic tables to use and have a large chess set and noughts and crosses to pass the time. Also they have wood kindling and firelighters for sale. They provide a fire pit on each pitch .Me my brother and miss freckles the greyhound highly recommended this site . Our all time favourite.

Positiv Magpie Meadow provides a lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle of "normal" life. It provides everything you need for a peaceful getaway, the facilities whilst rustic are all perfectly clean and maintained and there is everything you need for a peaceful weekend.

The pitches are large and surround the meadow perimeter, with the trees offering from shelter from the wind. The majority of the meadow is left uncut, with a large area cut in the centre offering areas for play, or dining / meeting spots. Bring your antihistamines if you're a hay fever sufferer!

No shop on site but you're very close to north walsham and shops for everything you might need. The small fire pits and wood sold on site are a nice touch.
