Positiv What a great site. Lovely food and a well maintained site with clean facilities. Big pitches too!! Hard standing and grass, plenty of room and picnic tables everywhere. Loved it

Negativ Ah, no food on Mondays and WiFi was rubbish outside the pub.

Positiv Having arrived on a somewhat soggy late Sunday afternoon we discovered that we had got the booking date wrong by a week!
The staff were super-accommodating and fitted us in and simply changed the booking date to fit; so we didn’t take a financial hit.
The site, facilities and staff were excellent and having a proper pub bolted on was the icing on the cake.

Positiv Nice level gravel pitch with water and EHU. We have a lwb transit camper van and our pitch was ideal. Pitches are variable in size but owner checks with you what you are camping in and assigns appropriate pitch. The toilet block on site is spotless. It was ideal for dogs as there is a dog field or walks from the site. The adjoining pub does good food and there is entertainment on some nights. Staff very helpful.

Negativ Nothing with regards to campsite. My only gripe was with folk asking me if I had spare poo bags as they didnt haven't any with them. Should have charged lol

Positiv Lovely well spaced pitches
Bathroom facilities were nicely decorated, well lit and very clean. Showers easy to use and nice & warm
The pub was great - lovely homemade food and friendly staff.

Positiv Everything and everyone great, staff superb. Pub food is good and plentiful facilities spotless. Good tv and freeview reception 16amp electric water tap on pitch.

Negativ Maybe consider putting keypad on touring pitch toilet facilities especially in the summer when the big screen will be very popular

Positiv Pitch was a good size, area around the pitch was kept tidy and the toilets and shower were kept spotless

Negativ although it did not effect our enjoyment the wifi was very patchy ( the joys of being in the sticks!)
