Positiv Billing Aquadrome is highly recommended.

The facilities are clean and the staff are friendly. The surroundings are attractive too with the marina and plenty of greenery.

There is a good choice of restaurants and a proper bar with a view of the marina.

Negativ No one told us about what was going on each day or how to find out.

The pool was closed.

The site needs a really good clean as there was lots of rubbish around. I did not see anyone litter picking once and it was needed.

The chemical waste point did not have a hose and the it was in a position whereby it was really tricky to get the water in three cassette. Also meant the area was never hosed off which made it dirty and smelly.

We’ve worked really hard to create a great activities and entertainment programme there truly is something for everyone! There was a small issue with the swimming pool during your stay, but our team acted quickly to rectify it, and the pool was reopened again straight away.

All of our teams take pride in keeping their areas clean and tidy. We’ve recently added new bins around the park and encourage everyone to do their bit it’s important for the look of our park, the environment, and of course our wonderful wildlife. You’re absolutely right that we need to keep pushing to make the park as litter-free as possible, and we’ll keep working on that.

Regarding the chemical waste point, we did have a hose near the waste pipe, but it looks like this may have been removed. I’ll make sure our touring team is informed so this can be addressed quickly.

You can always find our daily programme on the large screens across the park and on our social media platforms each day.

It’s in our nature to take comments like yours on board, keep learning, and keep improving so thank you again for helping us get even better.

Positiv good facilities ,ease if booking , ease of checking into site , plenty of water points and bin stores , had read reviews before booking but as i was there out of school holidays i found it quite quiet, stayed here as its fairly local to santapod as i was between eventd was cheaper than dragging caravan home for 3 nights

You can even book activities through our link before you arrive, which is such a handy way to plan your days and make the most of your stay. We’ve added more bins across the park because we want to keep things looking beautiful and protect our wildlife. And you’re absolutely right about speed limits we’re already looking at adding more signage and other ways to make sure everyone sticks to the rules.

Positiv Thought the activities available were brilliant for children & families. We loved the swimming area & the amusements & the park areas were great.

Negativ -Definitely needs to be more security checks done around the campsite.
-Children on electric scooters / bikes bombing round the campsite saw two small children almost get mowed down these need to be banned like on other campsites we’ve been too.
-Older children riding bikes in the football area next to the venue facilities while children were playing football.
-Staff wise there didn’t seem to be anybody with any authority / management skills a lot seemed like they were temp staff on a school break.
-Pot washing areas weren’t always clean / tidy, same with the showers & toilets

You’re absolutely right about security. With such a large park and lots of holiday guests especially children and young adults it’s really important we keep everyone safe. We’ve already increased our security presence to make sure this is well covered. We do ask that all children are supervised by an adult at all times looking after our guests and our park is in our nature.

I’m sorry to hear you found the toilets, showers, and pot wash areas less than clean at times. Our touring teams are in the blocks from early morning through to late evening to keep them tidy, but it looks like we missed the mark during your stay. Please accept our apologies we’ll be working with the team to make sure standards are where they should be.

Positiv We used to like it here but it’s changed for the worse.

Negativ Kids and adults zooming past our window on electric scooters at high speed.
Pitch is small and much to close to road making it noisy with cars going past and difficult to pitch my caravan. There are no car shows or attractions for discerning adults. Our family have to pay far too much to visit us for just an afternoon. The showers keep going off every few seconds.
We have been going to Billing for over 30 years but sadly this will be our last time!

We also have a full activities and entertainment programme, which can be found on our social media pages and on our website, so you’re able to plan your time with us. A number of our activities are free, such as swimming – where else can you get this? We really are such great value for money!

We’ve invested millions back into the park and added some amazing new developments, such as our park shop stocked with your daily needs and yummy baked goods. We’ve even created a dedicated space for our touring guests. Don’t forget our beautiful Lake Club, perfect for the views and some great drinks – and of course, our delicious gelato!

At busier times, litter can unfortunately build up quicker than we’d like. To tackle this, we’ve recently purchased and placed extra bins around the park to encourage everyone to do their bit. Our park teams also work hard to get on top of it as quickly as possible, making sure everything is returned to clean and tidy again.

In addition, we do not allow company signage vans on the park, and these will be challenged immediately by our team if seen.

It’s in our nature to care for our park and guests, and we’d love the chance to welcome you back so you can experience it at its best where the focus is on relaxation, fun, and those beautiful views.

Positiv Big site, clean facilities. Outdoor entertainment was brilliant only there for an overnight stay but could've done longer

Negativ Pitches were tight to get out (shedluck 3 area) luckily there wasn't anyone opposite us 😬 not well signposted to different areas ended up walking round trying to get back to entrance as exit sign took you miles out of way.

We totally agree with you on the signage front it’s something we know we need to do much better with, and the great news is we’re already working on improving signs all around the park so guests can get where they need to go without taking the “scenic detour.
