Syntes ikke om Going to the cafe and every table had been used and not cleaned. We eventually managed to get a table that was clear. There only seemed to be one person serving the food once the order was placed. That could have been a staffing issue. The food was good when we eventually got it.

Syntes om Peaceful location. We stayed in the camping field and good level ground (from what I could see) all over. Breakfast was really nice and staff were all friendly and helpful.

Syntes om Toilet block new. Scenic walks through fields and along canal. Nearest pub friendly and superb food.

Syntes ikke om Assigned pitch by email. Motorhome pitches no countryside views. Lacked Motorhome grey waste disposal facility. Ineffective wifi on pitches. Dog poo round pitch. Cafe dirty, meal didnt have everything as sold on menu. Would have appreciated milk and bread sales.

The disabled one was great with plenty of room ..The Elsan was a nice modern one .The marina is lovely.. you just get an email the day before telling you the pitch no and the gate code which I thought was great no messing about with reception 😊

Syntes ikke om Pitch 13, the worse thing is god help you if you want to put your awning or windbreaker up as a couple of inches down it’s concrete!!! So if you’ve got an ordinary drill you can’t your pegs in and we have the metal screw in ones. The cafe on site closed at 4.30 so you had to drive to get food but sometimes you can’t be bothered going out ..quite a bit of traffic up and down .

Syntes om Stayed at the camp site for 1 night with my 2 young children. We have a good time. Good value for money. Very quiet camp site. Toilets and shower block clean. Although didn’t eat in cafe, it looked nice.

Syntes ikke om more of a niggle, but wasn't impressed with the food, may have just made a bad selection and it was a wait/extremely busy. Poor wifi/phone signal at tent, for some types of trip I don't mind this, but would have been useful in this case for the short weekend trip

Syntes om Camping field is very spacious and you just pitch in an area that takes your fancy. Very rural.

Syntes ikke om There is always 'that one family' that are loud, rude and have feral children. Just drive round and avoid them before you make your final choice of pitching area.

Syntes om Bell tent was so lovely. The beds were so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Syntes ikke om There were not enough toilets especially in the morning considering how big the campsite was. It would be perfect if we had more toilets/shower. (There were more toilets inside the cafe building, but it’s a bit of walk, and it can get busy with people having food there. So more toilets inside the campsite or around the glamping area would be nice.)

My friends stayed in a bell tent that came with a power bank, but ours didn’t come with a power bank so we couldn’t put the fairy lights on.
