Syntes om Liked the hot water in shower and dish washing.
Most of all liked the community in the village and the Seven Star pub such a great place.

Didn't see any staff unless cleaning staff
Not suitable for disabled
Disabled bathroom not properly equipped we really struggled no hand rail for balance and no seat to dress no hooks for clothing or towels. Had to ask for a key and found the room dirty.
Only one water point for whole site. So long way to walk carrying water. Surface of roads were awful so couldn't use a mobility scooter.

Syntes om Nice location with good views across the site. Shower block and toilets looked new. Would stay hear again providing the Pitch was level.

Syntes ikke om The driveways around the site very uneven and need work. Our Pitch was on a slope even with ramps still not level.

Syntes om This place was a hidden gem! The lodge was very clean, equipped with everything you would need and more! Very quiet location, the bed was very comfy, the kitchen came with an air fryer and the hot tub was a massive added bonus!

Syntes om Quiet site with good views

Syntes ikke om The toilet weren't clean on our arrival even though the departure has left one hour before. They were cleaned that afternoon but not cleaned again during our 3 day stay. There was a notice to say dump grey water in the hedge. Exit barrier open 24/7. Roadway very uneven. Several units on site that live there for long periods of time that are untidy.

The toilet block is normally deep cleaned in the afternoon, we have a thirty minute break between check out and check in, some guests leave a little late and some arrive early. We find deep cleaning after change over works best. the toilets have there first check in the morning around 6am, they are checked again at 10.00 am cleaned in the afternoon when everyone has finished showering they are checked late afternoon and again in the evening during very busy periods. We can reassure you that if they were not cleaned or attended to for 3 days there would be no toilet roll and they would be un usable.

The site including the road is to be re developed over the winter, we will install a new barrier as well, the current barrier cannot be repaired as we are unable to get the parts.

We are not a residential site, we have seasonal pitches, we are in the process of formally informing our seasonal to tidy there areas and pitches.

We are re-developing the site over the winter months and some of the hard standing pitches will move over to static caravans. There are plans to re surface the roads so the site will be much improved by the early spring and summer.

Syntes ikke om Facilities were limited, toilet and shower block was poorly maintained and insufficient for the number of people staying there. Construction materials lying around site.

It would have been interesting to know why you felt the toilet block is poorly maintained, it is new block.
