Em va agradar: La piscine correcte, un personnel accueillant et souriant, et le coin supérette, boulangerie, bar très bien

No em va agradar: Le bloc sanitaire vétuste et pas propre. De plus prendre une douche reste un combat car l’eau est bouillante. De plus le personnel au bar n’est pas très compétent (ne save pas faire un grand crème, un panaché,un Monaco )qui reste quand même la base du serveur.

Em va agradar: The children loved the water slides and the pool was very clean.

No em va agradar: On arrival we were given a pitch number for our large motorhome. However the pitch was already occupied and it took the management 2.5 hours to find another suitable alternative and we were made to feel like it was our fault. The alternative pitch had a soft sand floor that the motorhome would have got stuck in if we didn’t get sand boards which is poor form for a campsite. Heavily French dominated and made to feel like outsiders by members of staff.

We understand your frustration regarding our pitches not being able to accommodate your large motorhome. We apologize for this inconvenience. We sometimes have to deal with certain constraints due to the topography of our campsite and the preservation of the natural environment that surrounds us. However, we managed to find a solution with a suitable pitch by using levelling plates to prevent your motorhome from sinking into the sand. Regarding your remark about the majority of French presence on our campsite, we would like to remind you that we are located in France, and naturally, a significant number of our clientele is French. Nevertheless, we also welcome foreign guests, and we value diversity and cultural exchanges within our establishment. Em va agradar: We loved the location and easy walking distance to places if wanting to leave the site. The pool area was good. The staff were friendly.

No em va agradar: We stayed in our caravan but water facilities were on the opposite side of the camp near the static caravans, so a pain to fill water butt up. The shower block was run down and although could be seen cleaned everyday felt dirty with all the flies in every cubicle shower and toilets. Electric lead was across the road so everyone was driving over it due to lack of organisation on the supply chain. The pitches were quite tight and uneven especially for a caravan. Bar service was expensive compared to other sites and shut at prime time at 14:00-16:00 as shop shuts at these times too. We went at what seemed a busy time and didn't have many sunbeds as half the people were laying on their towels.

Em va agradar: The pool and bar facilities were fantastic. The shop was limited but Suoer U is just a 5 minute drive away so didn't cause any issues.

No em va agradar: Pitches were unconventional shapes and layout with walk ways not clearly marked or lit which was an interesting challenge. Many pitches were a substantial distance from electricity points and they were unable to supply a British extension resulting in us having to relocate which is no easy task in 40 degrees with young children.
