Liked: La piscine correcte, un personnel accueillant et souriant, et le coin supérette, boulangerie, bar très bien

Disliked: Le bloc sanitaire vétuste et pas propre.
De plus prendre une douche reste un combat car l’eau est bouillante.
De plus le personnel au bar n’est pas très compétent (ne save pas faire un grand crème, un panaché,un Monaco )qui reste quand même la base du serveur.

Liked: The children loved the water slides and the pool was very clean.

Disliked: On arrival we were given a pitch number for our large motorhome. However the pitch was already occupied and it took the management 2.5 hours to find another suitable alternative and we were made to feel like it was our fault. The alternative pitch had a soft sand floor that the motorhome would have got stuck in if we didn’t get sand boards which is poor form for a campsite.

Heavily French dominated and made to feel like outsiders by members of staff.

We understand your frustration regarding our pitches not being able to accommodate your large motorhome. We apologize for this inconvenience. We sometimes have to deal with certain constraints due to the topography of our campsite and the preservation of the natural environment that surrounds us. However, we managed to find a solution with a suitable pitch by using levelling plates to prevent your motorhome from sinking into the sand.

Regarding your remark about the majority of French presence on our campsite, we would like to remind you that we are located in France, and naturally, a significant number of our clientele is French. Nevertheless, we also welcome foreign guests, and we value diversity and cultural exchanges within our establishment.

We hope that despite these inconveniences, you were able to fully enjoy your stay with us.

Liked: Le coin aquatique est top. Le seul bémol est la partie nuit en tente, trop de sable et sanitaire privé fonctionne très très mal 😣
