- Almenys un dels membres del grup ha de tenir 18 anys o més.
- Per a utilitzar la connexió elèctrica és necessari un cable d'almenys 10 metres.
- No es permeten les unitats que pesin més de 3500 .
- Es recomana als hostes portar una llanterna de bona qualitat, ja que algunes parts de l'establiment no estan ben il·luminades.
- Estan prohibides les flames a l'interior dels allotjaments de lloguer.
- Si la recepció està tancada a l'arribada, poseu-vos en contacte amb el número que apareix en la confirmació de la reserva.
- No es permet fer foc, barbacoes ni fogueres en condicions de temps sec, ventós o calorós.
- Electricity is metered on site at £1 per kWh. A £20 electricity charge deposit will be taken on arrival, £6 of which is non-refundable. Any overages must be paid at check-out or any unused balance will be refunded. Water onsite is metered and it is therefore not possible to fill motorhome water tanks or paddling pools. Guests are asked to use drinking, shower and washing-up water economically. A breathable groundsheet is required for all tents/awnings/gazebos.

Em va agradar Easy to book very last minute easy check in and lovely site and people who work hard and raise some funds for pet charity.
10 mins drive to coast.
Very peaceful level pitches which were all grass, with a few having ehu, grounds were kept very well and clean.
Met a few other friendly guests that return regularly.
At weekends has a little cost bar and food van that open for a few hours.
No em va agradar Only downside (which was not a problem for us but maybe for others) can't fill tank up with water and can only use portaloos at night time on second site.

Del gerent: Hi it was very nice to meet you, we are pleased you had a pleasant stay sadly we cant fill motorhome water tanks as we are on a water meter but we can fill hand hels or roller barrels water, as most people will eventually be on meters it will become apparent cost wise why we cant afford to fill tank on the price we charge.
The portaloo's on site 2 are for night time convenance but you are still able to walk over to the flushing toilet that are illuminated all night if you don't want to use your own facilities. We hope your next visit may be fore longer than one night and you will be very welcome until then safe travels and happy camping in your home from home

Em va agradar Owners were lovely stands out most. First time taking youngest camping, site was secure and well maintained. Nice little park on site. Toilets and showers not far away with good signage.
Nice, reasonable food made on site for when didn't fancy cooking.

The arrival and parking instructions were over complicated.
The ‘warm welcome’ that was advertised was actually abrupt, unfriendly and verging on rude….as per many of the other reviews I had read, but ignored…
Not sure if it was just cos the place was so busy, or because we were 2 minutes after 7pm - .which was supposed to be the last check in time - although we did phone and speak to someone and sent 2 emails advising we were arriving 5-10 mins late…
We wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend it am afraid.

Del gerent: It was me you phoned about arriving being after 7 arrival and I said as long as you were here before dusk it was fine.
It was also myself who gave you pitch instruction & a map so I don't see how difficult you found them to follow or if I was rude.
You were on site 2 and as the flushing toilets are on site 1 we placed portaloo's for campers to use in the night but you could have walked a few yards to the main flushing units there are 2 very large blocks of toilets if you didn't wish to use your motorhome toilet.
I was, when you arrive serving in the catering van, sorry I was busy but I did try to explain the map & how to retrace your steps to reach your pitch, you visited the bar and I have since spoken to you via email as I had doubled the paper work and at first thought you had been unable to come, after speaking to you it's obvious you had arrived and I had doubled up on maps.
I am also sorry that you couldn't stay on site 1 where the play park & bar are but you only booked on the Thursday night for arrival on Saturday for 1 night and by your booking date we had already filled site 1.

I do feel it is important to answer your complaints as they can give people the wrong impression. I try very hard to accommodate campers on their arrival time so I feel you are very unfair as other campers who also arrived after you with no complaints, perhaps if you had more time to look around your views would have perhaps changed. Em va agradar For the cost the facilities were really good I've paid the same for a spot on a field. Lovely staff Marj is a joy. Showers really poweful. Toilets clean. Little cafe and bar at weekends. Pitches are spacious and flat.
