Em va agradar Lovely views from our pitch, with plenty of space around. Location for fossilling and walking distance to the harbour and sea. Spectacular local scenery. Shop at edge of site - very handy!

No em va agradar Toilet/shower block was tired. Breakfast could have been earlier, but there were options outside the site.

No em va agradar Electricity hook up was not close enough to my campervan sockets too far over to next hard pitch standing, not enough toilets left queuing in the morning for them , shower water not hot enough and timer stops shower every 30 seconds have keep pressing the button. 90's showers need up dating. No ground lights dangerous walking at night to vehicle./ caravans

Lovely location,beautiful views,quick walk to the beach,
We would return,but probably try a different pitch,
It is a site for families,even though there was music playing all day everyday,it was quiet early evening
The toilet block was clean throughout our stay.
We tried the local fish & chips. Absolutely delicious.
Staff available all day.
Good Site all round

No em va agradar Just being a bit picky really. We was in a motorhome pitch and had the tents behind us,So we had the kids constantly running through our pitch to get their football.
Would be nice to be separated from the tents.

Em va agradar We had gravel pitch, spacious, Andy n Dave very friendly helpful wardens. West Bay lovely harbour town with great pubs, restaurants within minutes of the pitch, great dog walks, never used the car for 6 days 😀

Em va agradar Clear I structure s and warm welcome from staff on arrival. Great pitch size with fantastic views of Bridport. Fantastic local to town. Great facilities for children including swimming pool, play park and entertainment. Good size shower and toilet block with plenty of space and lots of hot water.

No em va agradar The pitch for a twin wheeler pulled by a 4 x 4 was small with very little room to manoeuvre and tiered so the slightest mistake and you would end up on the caravan below.
Paid for 3 activities on line for my 7 year old granddaughter. Spoke to at least 6 people to ask where they were to eventually be told they don't do them at that site ! I had a refund and booked something else.
The site is obviously catering mostly for static caravans so the camping facilities were very poor. Wouldn't go there again

We understand your frustration regarding the size and layout of the touring pitch. We also sincerely apologise for the confusion surrounding booked activities. While we’re glad a refund was arranged and alternative activities were offered, this is not the level of service we aim to provide.

We’re also sorry to hear the touring and camping facilities did not meet your expectations and that the park did not feel suited to your needs. Your comments have been noted and will be shared with the relevant teams as we continually review both our communication and guest experience.
