Aquest càmping té una ubicació excel·lent, a prop de serveis i parcs nacionals, ideal per caminar. Els visitants valoren el personal amable i atent, les instal·lacions netes i la piscina, popular entre els nens. Em va agradar Sadly lasted 20 minutes before we had to leave due to the recent storm which yes wasn’t Shambas fault BUT when they knew we had a tent they should of allowed us to assess the grounds first to see if they were stable enough for us to erect our tent, but instead a staff member laughed I had a tent and stated “your brave”, which wasn’t really helpful and of course happy to take payment quicker than a chubby child in a sweet shop… so that was our experience, 20 minutes of nothing.
No em va agradar … staff allowing you to check if the site was safe for tents during a storm as they are meant to have a duty of care which clearly they didn’t.

Em va agradar The holiday park wasn’t what we expected at all - the pictures showed to advertise were not what we got - there is no games or pool table like shown - the swimming pool was great and if it wasn’t for the bar man Gary we wouldn’t have stayed at all.
The facilities were clean and overall I nice site but we were sold something completely different and due to this wouldn’t recommend or return. It’s a shame because the site has great potential and having kids 4 different ages it looked perfect!
We can’t thank Gary enough for making the stay the best he could!

Em va agradar We had a pleasant enough stay, but sadly I felt the site itself was looking quite tired and could do with some investment. I’ve been told that the new owners are planning improvements at the end of the season, which is good to hear. The electric and water points, along with the toilet facilities, definitely need some attention.
The staff, however, were lovely. Gary in particular was really friendly and regularly checked in with us during our stay, which was a nice touch.
One thing I should have mentioned to him at the time was that our pitch was covered in cigarette butts, which was disappointing and something I would have expected to have been cleared before our arrival.
For us, the biggest downside was the location. If you want to go for a walk or bike ride from the site, you have to either follow or cross a very busy dual carriageway. This put us off venturing out on foot or by bike, which was a shame.
Hopefully, with the planned investment from the new owners, the site will see some much-needed improvements. There are certainly positives, particularly the friendly staff, and I’d be interested to see how the site develops.
No em va agradar The biggest area that needs improvement is the park and field area, along with the other facilities mentioned above.
At the moment, the children’s play area consists of a small, rather old climbing frame and a single football goal with barely any net attached. For a family campsite, I feel there needs to be considerably more available for children to enjoy.
My biggest concern, though, was the condition of the field. There were lots of holes and uneven areas across the grass, which made it difficult to play football and could potentially be a trip hazard for children running around.
Overall, because of the limited children’s play facilities and the condition of the field, I wouldn’t say the site is particularly well equipped for families with young children at present. Hopefully, this is something the new owners will address as part of the planned improvements.

Em va agradar Staff very welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. And the swimming pool is great. Short drive to the sea and the new forest is amazing to walk around location very easy to get to pitches have plenty of space
