Camping in Coolacres is stated adults only - lots of kids
No entering fishing area without adult - lots of kids fishing without adults
Kids screaming and running around at 11:30pm and then again at 5:30am
Could be a really good site but unfortunately it’s not

Sorry its not for you. i din't hear kids screaming or running around until 11.30.And i did stop the one kid that was talking quite loud to his brother. obviously you will see and hear kids as its only the pitches on the lake that are adult only not the rest of the park
very clean and well kept site

Em va agradar lovely well organised very clean site. toilets and shower room was immaculate all the time. The pub onsite was ok. we loved the goats Ronnie and Reggie cray. we fished on the 1st night and was over charged but the lady said they could fish for a few hours when we got back on the 2nd night as the kids wanted to but was only 2 hrs left. which i thought was great. We went on a local walk the 2nd day which i highly recommend Hawkshaw follies, it had caves pixies trolls high swing bridges. it was a great day out with the kiddies.
No em va agradar It’s very residential so kind of felt we were 2nd to them understandable as people live there permanently, but when your paying the money too and being away with friends and family we expect to be able to be treated as equals.

JUST TO CONFIRM YOU WAS NOT OVER CHARGED YOU JUST GOT BOOKED ON THE WRONG LAKE A MEMBER OFF STAFF BOOKED YOU ON KINGFISHER LAKE AND THAT ISN'T SUITABLE FOR KIDS THERE ARE BIG FISH IN THERE AND YOU GUYS AGREED I OFFERED TO REFUND YOU THE DIFFERENCE BUT YOU ASKED INSTEAD OF THAT COULD THE BOYS HAVE A COUPLE HRS THE NEXT DAY AND I AGREED. WE TREAT ALL OUR CUSTOMERS THE SAME WE VALUE NEW CUSTOMERS AS MUCH AS RETURNING CUSTOMERS WE DON'T HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS THAT LIVE PERMANENTLY ON SITE AS WE ARE A HOLIDAY PARK NOT RESIDENTIAL. WE DO HAVE RULES ON SITE AND THE RULERS ARE FOR EVERY ONE. HOPE WE SEE YOU GUYS AGAIN

Fantastic Site

Em va agradar The washing facilities were excellent, they included washing machine, bowls drainer kettle microwave. The toilet block was very clean which included two showers and three toilets. Everyone was friendly and helpful, as we hadn’t been camping for years we had forgotten our electric socket and they found one for us to use. The pub on site was lovely with entertainment on Saturday night and food was good too. The camping pitch was spacious and plenty of space between pitches.
We had a lovely walk past the lakes and onto the canal where there are lots of canal boats and a lovely pub in Audlem.

No em va agradar Cafe/bar was closed and apparently only opens randomly so not much help.
Noisy but that may just have been my visit with music played from 7am to 9pm pretty much

Customer satisfaction is our main aim
I am confused as you only stayed one night and that was a Tuesday arriving late afternoon and checkout is 11am.
We have rules onsite that music is not to be to loud and has to be off at 10pm guest do respect our rules 99% of the time Our onsite bar/cafe opens wed-Thur 10;30am-4;30pm and Fri-Sun 9am-until close. unless unforeseen circumstances happen
There was not many guest on when you stayed so i do not know how you could find it noisy
