Cheshire countryside, anyone? In a setting that's quite rightly been pointed out as central to pretty much anywhere? Easily sorted when pitching up at Sunny Side Touring Park. Set in green countryside with loads of open space, this site is central indeed: it's about 20 minutes by car to the Welsh border from here, 45 minutes to Wrexham, 50 to Shrewsbury and Chester, an hour to Alton Towers, and an hour and 15 minutes to both Liverpool and Manchester. And if you're after a peaceful base where you don't want to wander far at all? Also easily sorted, as Sunny Side Touring Park's Nantwich setting is metres from the Shropshire Union Canal for spectacularly scenic strolls or bike rides along the water. There's also a warm, welcoming bar serving delicious food on site. On site, there are two specimen fishing lakes where guests can fish for an extra cost. They stock carp up to 40 pounds and catfish up to 70 pounds. The site is family-run, quiet and relaxed. Barbecues and campfires (off-ground only) are both allowed, and logs are for sale on site. Sort other supplies a couple of miles away in the friendly little village of Audlem, where there are restaurants and pubs as well as shops. A handy utilities room on site gives guests access to a washing machine, washing-up sinks, a microwave and a kettle.

不喜欢 Not really a motor home pitch it was an unused static pitch not really suitable to put an awning out
Nothing against children but Supposed to be adult only but one morning two children with two adults try to fish moving all around pond trying to cast

I didn't think you would like it here i could tell when you first arrived.
The pitch you stayed on is for holiday lodges eventually..
They are fantastic for motor-homes and caravans everyone puts an awning up with no problems. Its a very peaceful and tranquil spot.. The pitches are for adults only Although we do allow well behaved kids from the age of 12 to fish the lake. The Two boys you are talking about come every week in term time with there teachers as they have special needs and love fishing So i am happy for them to get out in the country side to fish and support them.

喜欢 The site is clean, tidy and very well maintained. The facilities are very good and the Stagger Inn bar and restaurant is lovely.

不喜欢 I don't think that there's enough showers for the size of the site but I do appreciate that many caravans have their own.
We were mildly disappointed that there was no entertainment during our (Friday & Saturday) stay.

喜欢 Lovely spot next to lake, peaceful. Facilities were modern and clean.

不喜欢 We didn't receive any communication directly from Sunny Side only a confirmation from Pitch Up.

When we arrived there was no one in the office and no one answering the phone. Eventually a warden came over and informed us we were on the site next door and we needed to manoeuvre back out the gates. The warden showed us where our pitch was by pointing from his car and promptly drove off.

We were never told where any facilities/bins/waste disposal were located so had to ask other campers. We were also never given a wi-fi code and there was no signage anywhere despite being able to see there was wi-fi on our devices.

The gravel is very chunky and hard so we unfortunately damaged the jockey wheel as we were manoeuvring but thankfully a man pitched next to us came to help!

Also, the shower has a 4 second button which was very frustrating.

We feel this review is such a shame as the site is so lovely but unfortunately our experience means we'd be reluctant to recommend or stay again.

So sorry you feel the way you do. We actually are well known for our customer service being great. So i'm really saddened to hear you feel how you do. It does get quite busy on weekends and we are a small family run site there is only myself on the fishery side reception and Phil volunteers to help out on Sunnyside when i cant get round. The wifi is rubbish here with being in such a rural area thats why we dont advertise it The WiFi is hard wired to our computers and cctv thats the only reason we have it.. Im sure if you would of went in to main reception or bar some one would have answered any queries

喜欢 Very well kept spacious site.
Toilets and showers warm and clean always with soap and toilet roll.
Leisure lake fishing was a massive hit with our grandson who caught 10 fish.
Great bike ride along the path to the marina.

不喜欢 Nothing really. I don’t think there was WiFi which was actually great as it gives everyone a device break however I guess could be frustrating if you urgently needed it. That said I didn’t specifically enquire about it so may have missed it.

The canal and a public footpath alongside are steps from the site. From Nantwich, stroll the couple of miles along the level canal towpath for views over town and the Cheshire countryside, passing the Chester Road viaduct and many moored and cruising narrowboats (to get truly envious, lurk around the marina at Basin End). A couple of pubs at Audlem overlook the canal if/when you require a pitstop. To dive into all things canal and have a natter on the same with knowledgeable types, drop into the Nantwich Canal Centre within 10 minutes' drive. You could also have mightily peaceful potters around the town's shops and wine bars, or the market that runs most days. The leisure centre has an outdoor saltwater pool for dips. Another market town is at Whitchurch, 20 minutes' drive away and two miles from the Welsh border. It's well worth a wander to see its 100+ listed buildings, and to bag foodie supplies from the specialty shops in town: cheese and pork pies are the top picks to hunt down here. From Whitchurch, you can take the train to Manchester, reachable in an hour to the north, or Shrewsbury, half an hour south.

如果到店时接待处关闭，请在reception on coole acres办理入住。
如若延迟到店，必须尽快告知公园。您的订单将保留 24 小时。24 小时后管理人员有权重新出租您预订的单元。
如遇恶劣天气、延迟到店或提前离店，不予退款/打折。

安全

可以烧烤，但必须搭建架子远离地面，且始终有成人看守。
