- No s'admeten vehicles comercials (vehicles utilitzats amb motiu de feina o per transportar mercaderies o passatgers) ni vehicles amb propaganda al càmping.
- The facilities building closes for cleaning between 11am until 1pm. Last entry is 10:45 am. Public toilets are available in Hutton le Hole, Kirkbymoorside, Helmsley and Pickering, if required.

Pitches were good sizes, very peaceful too.
Nice little walk on site, just enough for a quick leg stretch. Nice washrooms, hot 🔥 showers, tidy and hygienic.
Will definitely be returning.

As for adults only - hmm - we like to welcome everyone and whilst we don;t have a play area we most certainly welcome families who can bring their own toys! The farm walk is suitable for nerly everyone, it's just the slope down to the village that might test those not so good on their feet!

No em va agradar The reception/showers/toilets were unbearably hot at all times, even with the radiators off. This was quite unpleasant during a hot spell of weather.

Our bio-mass boiler, coupled with some heatwave type temperatures has meant that it has been rather HOT! We've taken the time to switch an odd radiator off however! Thanks for your feedback.

Em va agradar The look and feel of the site overall. Well-maintained, well landscaped and planted; clean and tidy site. The pitches were spacious and the staff were friendly. Good utilities and waste areas.
No em va agradar The showers. I really didn't like the showers. It was like being back at school in the 1970s. The showers operate on an 18 second pressure cut-off valve and the temperature varies even while they are running. You barely have time to soap yourself before you have to press the valve back in. Not luxurious or relaxing in any way, shape or form.
The showers were spotlessly clean and tidy though.
Oh and I think £65 for two nights for a couple on a grass pitch with EHU is beginning to feel like too much expense given all the other expenses of owning a campervan and a small caravan. Camping was meant to be a budget option not something you have to strive for!

We are sorry you didn't like the showers and even more sorry you didn't let us know while you were on site so we could explain about our building and the drainage of grey water being the limiting factor.
Outdoor Camping Companies sell portable showers you can afix to your own unit and they will provide unlimited water for unlimited time if your tank is big enough and your budget will stretch to one.
Another example of not doing your homework before you book your site - if you have particular personal needs then we could have given you more details about our showers being set to try and consider our water use (and the environment), therefore not suiting your time needed for soaping yourself and you could have chosen another site.
The luxury of owning a campervan and a small caravan will clearly stretch your budget but you must also appreciate we want to pay our staff a fair wage and we also have costs in providing a clean, tidy, spacious, landscaped caravan park. Pitch Up are very clear with their listings so that you can see if a site is within your budget so please do not book if it does not meet your parameters.
We are always happy to answer questions prior to booking and disappointed for you when your budget has been spent on a site you'd not visit again as a result of not carrying out your own research.
There are plenty of great sites out there to suit every personal need and budget and hopefully there is plenty of time left in the season for you to find your happy place.

Em va agradar All from start to finish. Greeted in a warm friendly way. All the tips and info explained, plot was well kept and clean and tidy. Water facility and waste All conveniently placed. Showers and toilets beautifully cleaned and Lovely relaxed atmosphere . Local village not to far away walking . Local pub and convenience in village. Larger shopping opportunities 15 mins in either direction.
