For those couples/travelling parties that frequently face disagreement over whose turn it is to be designated driver, there’s really only one sensible solution: bed down right there at the pub. Dozing off at the bar might be considered a little unseemly, so The Old Bush’s owners Matt and Karen have come up with a better solution and set up pitches in the garden area behind their rural Worcestershire pub. Thus guests can partake of dinners accompanied by a few local ales/ciders before strolling home (to a peaceful corner with drinking water, showers and 24-hour toilets) in just a couple of minutes – how civilised. In fact, the whole setup here is rather civilised: The Old Bush is a traditional country pub in the little village of Callow End, with food available at lunch and dinner times, plus a menu of mini meals for smaller guests. On warmer days the merriment spills out into the garden, where there’s a play area, an aviary and a little flock of chickens along with plenty of tables for open-air drinking, dining and admiring the views over the Malvern hills. Of course, one can’t sit around in the pub all day (well, maybe not every day, anyway…), so it’s worth noting that this is also a handy location for walks, horse riding, games of golf, fishing and days out in Worcester and Malvern (both 15 minutes away by car). Handily, if you do ‘accidentally’ sup one too many at lunchtime there’s a bus stop in the village so you can still get out and about.

Em va agradar This is our second time with our campervan at the Old Bush. Such a lovely small site in the grounds of their pub. Facilities were good for our overnight stay. Wonderful meal in the pub the evening we arrived and the perfect breakfast in the farm shop on site the following morning. A great little find travelling back from our trip around Wales. All staff were friendly and accommodating.

Em va agradar Stayed here last year but for a gig in Worcester so never got to enjoy the actual pub. So wanted to return and eat and drink in the old bush.
Had a lovely Sunday dinner
Cracking breakfast at the cafe , will be returning with out a doubt

Em va agradar We liked the location of the site and the fact that it is quite small. Being positioned together with the Old Bush pub and the farm shop, cafe and aviary made for a nice atmosphere.
The facilities were clean.

No em va agradar The security lighting approaching the toilets and bins at night was fine but there was no light inside the external covered wash up making use in the dark very difficult.

Em va agradar Exceeded expectations.
We booked this last minute (having not read the reviews)as didn't want to drive any more and wanted a quick stop over with food. Well maintained spacious level pitches, clean toilets, great food, beer excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Ended up having breakfast at the cafe which set us up perfectly or the day.. Shop has everything you need and more.Would definitely recommend and will use again.
