喜欢: The onsite shop is great with all the essentials. Fish and chips were delicious. The meals I had at Pebbles Restaurant were really good especially the blue cheese steak and pizza! Whole site pretty immaculate and the restrooms were so clean. Lovely view from a great pitch. Staff so friendly and helpful. Lovely chilled weekend. Thank you all!

不喜欢: Whilst I could take the pups to the Beach bar and see the sea, dogs are not allowed o the beach at anytime. Bit hard when the beach was totally devoid of people by 7pm and it would have been great to take him there. Only other observation on a sunny weekend was the mat the dog water bowls around the site were a bit dirty and hadn’t been topped up

喜欢: Staff very hepful, the site clean and well kept.The shower and loo block was clean. The views were amazing. well stocked shop
Bar and Entertainment was good (my point of view) we had a wonderful stay thank you

不喜欢: Only one Rubbish area. BBQ allowed on pitches which I felt was a safety issue with children running about also a lot of smoke which came in to your vans. Only other problem pitches not made clear which way you could put your caravan or campervan as people were parking on other people's grass areas.

喜欢: Absolutely loved how much there was to do there yet how peaceful the accommodation areas were.

The park, the pool, the sea scooter session, the golf, the arcade, the beach, the bar, the kids entertainment, the restaurant, the shop and the fish and chips! ☺️ written by our 8 year old son! We had a fantastic time, staff so helpful and friendly, excellent facilities, we will definitely be back!

Once you’re ready to go off site – sometime around week two, probably – the South West Coast Path is steps away and has stellar walks to Budleigh Salterton to the west and Sidmouth to the east. Inland, the Budleigh Salterton to Otterton five-mile walk follows the banks of the River Otter; the Otter Valley Wildlife Walk is an easy stroll through the Lower Otter Valley nature reserve to look out for kingfishers and waders from the river’s viewing platforms and hides. Twitchers can also head inland to the Exe Estuary RSPB reserve 13 miles away to see migratory birds or book a boat trip to spot avocets. Finally, if fishing’s your main hook, you won’t have far to go: many Ladram Bay guests fish from the park’s own cove, hiring a boat from the kiosk and going out to land mackerel for the grill.

到店和离店

单元将于到店时分配。
如若延迟到店，必须尽快告知公园。您的订单将保留 24 小时。24 小时后管理人员有权重新出租您预订的单元。
如遇恶劣天气、延迟到店或提前离店，不予退款/打折。

安全

严禁明火。
可以烧烤，但必须搭建架子远离地面，且始终有成人看守。
禁止携带枪支。

接待处

从14/03到03/11，接待处上班时间为08:00到18:00。

泳池

只有公园的客人有权使用泳池。
室内泳池从14/03开放至03/11。

狗

必须给狗狗纹身或植入芯片。
必须给狗系牵引绳并随时看管。
狗不得进入主要场所和便利设施。
营地不允许携带《危险犬类法》中所列的犬类/杂交种。

访客

访客禁止进入营地。

通用条款

14/03至03/11举办各类娱乐活动。
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
从23:00}到08:00为安静时间，请务必遵守。
如需投诉，请立即告知接待处。如果您在入住期间未将投诉传达给管理人员，您离开营地后投诉将不予受理。
播放收音机、音乐播放器和电视播放器必须使用低音量。开关车门和车后行李箱时亦需轻声。

其他条款

No electrical appliances should be brought on site and used without a ‘portable appliance testing’ certificate.

Persons under the age of 25 other than families will be required to pay a refundable behaviour deposit of £50 or more.

No washing lines permitted other than those provided.

Non-swimmers and children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the vicinity. Non-swimmers will also be charged.

No jetskis are allowed on site or on the beach.

Children of eight or under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Due to fire regulations relating to unit separations, the size of the unit booked must be stipulated at the time of booking to ensure the pitch booked is large enough.
