Syntes om Liked the fact the Tractor from Ladram Bay park, pitched our caravan ( the pitch was up a rather steep slope)
The friendly staff.
The fabulous nightly entertainment for free.
The constant depth swimming pool.
The wonderful shop, which stocked so much !
The cleanliness of the park overall.

Syntes ikke om The fish and chip shop....the chips were reheated 😬and very dry. We read this afterwards , in other people's reviews, which confirmed our thoughts.
The 'sand washed' beach was very much a pebble beach.

Syntes om Brilliant site, shower and toilet block lovely and clean. Big shout out to the lady who worked in the entrance telling people where to go. She was so lovely and helpful. Staff really helpful throughout the complex.

Syntes ikke om No signal in the camping area, which normally I wouldn’t have worried about, but have elderly parents that may have needed to contact me through out our stay.

Syntes om A large well organised holiday park. Ideal for families with lots to keep children happy.
Very well stocked shop.

Syntes ikke om The dog park whilst very smart is far too small for anything other than small dogs! We accept that the beach is dog free but booked because we saw the 'dog park' and wrongly assumed it would be suitable to allow free running. For anyone thinking of staying here with a medium/large dog please note there is no secure fenced area to let your dog run free. It would be really good if one of the recreational areas could be securely fenced. We used the area near the entrance/dumping ground - a large area with mown paths but not secure (open to the road).

We’re sorry to hear that we didn’t quite meet your needs when visiting with your dog. If you’re looking for a more dog-friendly break in the area, we would recommend our sister site, Castle Brake. Located just a 13-minute drive from us, Castle Brake offers more of a dog-friendly woodland retreat, while still giving you the opportunity to visit us and enjoy all of our facilities.

Syntes ikke om No facilities for eating in the evening if you have a dog. Dogs are not allowed in the complex, so the alternative is to leave your dog alone in a strange place. This is also not allowed in case of damage. The beach cafe was amazing during the day as they allow dogs in.

Syntes om Facilities were on point, great location for relaxing or participating in activities that the site offers

Syntes ikke om Restaurants and Bars need to be more dog friendly especially out of season as leaving pets in the camper spoils the experience if not wanting to sit outside, but that's minor. Swimming pool extra fee was too much. Rather pay little more for pitch and include swimming.

Syntes om Excellent customer service and facilities, clean, modern shower and toilet facilities. Site is extremely clean and tidy and well maintained, well lit and safe and no issues walking around the site at night. This is the second time we have stayed and will come back again. Lovely coast walk to Sidmouth and for those with cars, plenty of places to go and visit nearby for everyone.
