What customers say
Ladram Bay Holiday Park gets great reviews for its facilities, staff, and seaside location with its own beach. Families love the activities, but Wi-Fi can be spotty and the park is hilly. Note: dogs aren't allowed on the beach.

Liked Modern clean facilities
Very friendly and helpful staff. They pitch the caravan for you which is a nice touch especially after a long drive. The shop is good a well stocked. Fish and chip shop is more than decent and fair pricing. The restaurant was pretty good and the beach shack is good too. The playground is great my son loved that. He also loved the pool and arcade. There’s entertainment every day if you like that sort of thing or you can just chill on your pitch in peace and quiet
Disliked Not a dislike but there could be some general bins near the pitches. There might be more but I could only find the main one which was quite a walk from where I stayed. I couldn’t get any WiFi from my pitch but wasn’t an issue I had good signal so could hotspot

Lovely site, lots to do for kids but expensive.
FHU gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked Lovely site and great playground.
Disliked Ended up expensive as crazy golf and swimming pool are extra and quite expensive.
Life guards are also the fun police!

Powered grass tent campsite
Liked Overall location and resort was really good. Shop was a good size, reasonably priced and had everything needed.
Beach shack, private beach and boat / board hire was brilliant.
Disliked Not a fault of the resort but couple of pitches were playing loud music all day most days.
Pool was expensive for the reduced rate. It’s quite shallow and even with the booking system, it was always busy and constantly getting hit by lots of people playing with a ball.
Would be good to have some entertainment for older children.
No WiFi around the site, given the lack of mobile signal, would be useful to check weather forecasts and use resort app

Food, views, beach and swimming pool…
FHU gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked Food, views, beach and swimming pool all excellent. Staff very nice and helpful. Toilets clean
Disliked Unfortunately we would not come back as there is no part of the beach for dogs which is a shame. I also think a bit of the restaurant could be dog friendly

From the manager: Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the food, stunning views, beach and swimming pool. If you’re thinking of visiting us again, our sister site, Castle Brake, could be the perfect option for your next stay. It offers a lovely pet-friendly woodland retreat and is just a 14-minute drive from us, so you can still enjoy all the facilities you loved during your visit.

Fantastic family park an amazing beach, brilliant facilities & staff
FHU gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked We absolutely loved our stay at Ladram Bay. The beach was amazing and a real highlight for us — beautiful, easy to access from the park, and perfect for spending a relaxed day by the sea. We also loved being able to go kayaking, which made the stay feel really special.
The facilities were fantastic and everything felt really well looked after. The team were consistently helpful, friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference.
We also enjoyed walking to the nearby village for a scone and visiting the old mill. It was lovely to be able to leave the park on foot and explore somewhere local without having to drive.
Disliked The WiFi was poor, the pitches felt quite small, and we found the check-out time a little early, especially when you’re travelling in a motorhome and trying to pack up with children.
Overall though, we had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend Ladram Bay for families. The beach, facilities and friendly team made it a really memorable stop on our trip.

We only went for a weekend but will definitely go back for 1-2 weeks!
FHU gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked Facilities were great. Toilet and shower blocks were hotel standard. We were at the top in our camper van and the views were stunning. The walk up and back to the club house etc was a bit steep so if you have mobility issues then that’s one to consider. Although you can drive down and park as the car park was quite big.
Disliked Nothing to dislike.
