喜欢 Spacious pitch . Well kept site. Nice to have a club to go have a drink and very friendly people . Went to do some fishing well kept lake . Like to mention the water bailiff what a lovely helpful man told us how to fish the lake and what bait to use etc . Basic toilet block but very clean .

喜欢 The layout was great and a very quiet place. Plenty of room for caravan/awning and car.

不喜欢 Sign posting very poor with tiny boards at entrance from the road and all the way around to the pitch- we thought we were going through people’s gardens. Even though we drove around very slowly, a red ford van nearly took us out driving fast.

喜欢 The entire set up is fabulous, large pitches and stunning scenery. The bar is welcoming, the shower piping hot, the fishing lake very well stocked and last but not least, acres and acres of woodland and fields to walk through.
Everyone we met on site were welcoming.

喜欢 A really nice site, it was our first night out in our new camper van so we were a little anxious.
There was no need to worry the site is well planned very clean and lots of space for each pitch as well as plenty of walks with our dog.
A bar in the main building is a nice place to visit, overall a relaxing weekend.

不喜欢 The showers, but understand these are due for refurbishment and as this is a charitable organisation appreciate these jobs can only be done when finance's are available.

喜欢 Pitched up on the grass pitch as there was an issue with the power on the first night. Becks the manager rang ahead before i got there and did everything to help out. Had electric and as usual and we had excellent weekend. 10/10

不喜欢 Het uitvallen van elektriciteit van 17:00 middags tot 05:00 ‘s morgens vroeg. Dus eind van de middag en avond ook geen warm water voor de douche en afwassen.

来自经理: We’re so sorry for the inconvenience caused by the power outage. It was an emergency issue, and our electrician worked through the night to get it fixed as quickly as possible. We did our best to keep everyone updated by phone and email, and we’re glad you still enjoyed the location.

喜欢 We liked the quietness of the area. With cows and sheep in the background.
The pitches were not busy as their was only 10 of them. Perfect. But only 5 used. Good idea to be on gravel. Had showers and somewhere to wash dishes weather wasn't great, but we hired a camper van which made it comfortable.

不喜欢 The toilet block does need some renovation with the mastic around shower.

It’s great to hear you found the gravel pitches practical and that the camper van hire made your stay comfortable, even with the weather.
