喜欢 Nice sized pitches , friendly staff , nice location next to the Marina and walking distance to the Ploughing Inn , a lovely pub with really nice food .
Very dog friendly .

喜欢 There was water and electricity on all the pitches. The pitches were fully hard standing.

不喜欢 The showers and toilets were rather a long way from the caravan and camping areas, as they were designed to be used by the Marina.
The waste and recycling bins were full.

喜欢 Easy check in, friendly staff. Small site right by the canal which was perfect for meeting up with friends passing by. Plenty of room.

不喜欢 Would help if some separate toilets rather than all toilet & shower as can mean long wait.

喜欢 Very helpful gentleman Conrad, and very friendly, made me feel safe as a lone traveller. The pitches were lovely with lovely views. Very peaceful. Will definitely be back.

喜欢 Proximity to Lichfield, friendly staff and good sized pitches. Great walks in and around the marina.

不喜欢 Approach road needs patching and speed humps need to be more identifiable. Toilet facilities, whilst clean are looking a bit tired and need of renovation.
All the bins are over flowing and have been the whole time on our 4 night stay which is an eyesore when you first come into the site.

As you might already be able to tell, there’s a wide choice of things to entertain yourselves with in these parts… The Foxfield Light Railway (45 minutes) is one way to discover the Staffordshire countryside, on a steam train trip that has experiences like cream tea journeys or driver experiences. Other historical detours could include a visit to The Staffordshire Regiment Museum (10 minutes), a military museum, or the 150-acre National Memorial Arboretum (10 minutes). Outdoor activities on the mind? There’s a brief stroll around The Green Fairy Woods (10 minutes), great for kids, or miniature golf, sports courts, nature trails and play areas around Beacon Park (10 minutes). SnowDome (15 minutes) runs skiing, snowboarding and ice skating sessions or lessons. Meanwhile, Go Ape courses, bike rides and walks are a staple in the Cannock Chase District (20 minutes).

到店前28天内不得修改订单。

入住

不接受通过 Pitchup.com 预订的女士/男士聚会。

到店和离店

单元将于到店时分配。
如若延迟到店，必须尽快告知公园。您的订单将保留 24 小时。24 小时后管理人员有权重新出租您预订的单元。
如遇恶劣天气、延迟到店或提前离店，不予退款/打折。
营地将在您到店前2天向您发送更详细的入住信息。

安全

严禁明火。
可以烧烤，但必须搭建架子远离地面，且始终有成人看守。
如需生火，必须在营地购买燃料、木头和煤炭。
建议住客自行携带高质量手电筒，因为部分营地区域没有照明。
禁止携带枪支。
禁止用电烧烤。

接待处

接待处17:00下班。如果您预计在此时间之后到店，请在路上告知公园，以便团队提供有关您的露营单元/场地的信息。
接待处的关闭时间为13:00到14:00。这段时间不接待客人。

狗

必须给狗狗纹身或植入芯片。
必须给狗系牵引绳并随时看管。
营地不允许携带《危险犬类法》中所列的犬类/杂交种。

车辆

商用车（用于工作相关用途（载货或搭载付费乘客）的车辆）和车身有广告的车辆不得入内。
露营单元旁仅可停放一辆汽车。其余车辆必须停放在指定区域。

通用条款

Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch. 只有在营地能够成功转租您预订的装置/单元时，方可于所示取消期内退款。
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

露营单元

单元：到店时须收取£20.00 (¥180.40)的订金，离店归还门禁徽章/关卡通行证/卫生间钥匙时返还订金。
搭建帐篷/露营单元及相关设备时必须遵循管理人员指示。
电气连接需要一根至少15米的电缆。
请注意，小帐篷仅用于存放物品。客人不可在里面睡觉。
除非事先与管理人员商定，否则单元内应时刻有人。如有相关需求请告知接待处，营地可能会对无人看守的单元收取一定费用。
