Banish any visions of a stressy holiday stuck in hot cars and slow traffic out of your head… At North Shore Holiday Centre, a family-friendly Lincolnshire site 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Skegness, you won’t have to travel far to stay busy once you arrive. North Shore is on the outskirts of Skegness, and there’s plenty of seaside resorty things to do within easy reach of the site: the sandy beach, pier and town centre are all within walking distance, and you’ll have to drive for less than 15 minutes to get to the museum, nature reserve, aquarium or theme park. There’s tons to keep you busy on site too: play a round of miniature golf, perfect your end-game at the nine-hole pitch and putt, have a go at bowls or boules, try out the arcade games and go game-set-match on the tennis courts. Feeling peckish? There are oodles of eateries within 25 minutes’ walk of North Shore, or you can settle in for a meal on site – call in to the fully-licensed bar-restaurant, then stick around for the evening’s entertainment.

不喜欢 Marking of pitches very poor had to get out of motorhome in rain to find pitch . no marking except on the service unit and then only 1 inch letters . why are not the pitches marked clearly?
toilets block
whilst basically good, poor maintenance had to report not flushing and loose seat. You had to use the entrance swipe card to enter the block see no real need for this, no fun when you forgot to take it when pouring with rain and have to double back to your pitch to get it and get wet again! Have been touring for over 35 years with sites having better facilities without this annoyance

喜欢 Nice site with good shop. Nice easy walk to the sea & towh.

不喜欢 Chemical disposal room was disgusting the most filthy i have ever seen. Don’t think t was cleaned in the four days we were there.
People were walking all over occupied pitches even on our mat with no respect for privacy.People were driving all over the grass strips between pitches.

不喜欢 The toilet block is extremely dirty and smells horrible the inside should be totally gutted

喜欢 Decent toilets and shower block. Never busy. Water didn’t seem very hot at night. Not sure why? Clean and tidy site. Smooth check in. Would come back again. Good facilities and friendly staff.

不喜欢 Didn’t seem to be many bins about? Unless I just couldn’t find them. Nothing to dislike. Great site.

The entire family should be entertained with trips to Fantasy Island theme park (in nearby Ingoldmells), the Lincolnshire Coast Light Railway and the stock car and bangers racing at Skegness Raceway, all within 10 minutes of the site. When you want to take your adventuring beyond the bounds of the seaside town, you can find peace 15 minutes away from the thrill rides and squealing tyres with visits to Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve or the flat Lincolnshire Wolds for cycling and walking trails, or by making a pitstop at the spectacular Gunby Hall and Gardens for a taste of splendour. For a quirkier outing, make your way a little further afield for a night at the Kinema in the Woods, believed to be the only full-time cinema in the UK still using rear projection for screenings.
