Rockbridge Park

Tyckte om Gorgeous location and views, peaceful and friendly site, very dog friendly. We particularly appreciated the dog exercise area and being able to go right down to the river. The static caravan was really comfortable, clean and well equipped. We loved the seating areas on the verandah too.

Tyckte om Absolutely pristine pitches and landscaping. Wonderful welcome and goodbye from the staff. Our pitches were next to the river and we were able to talk to the cows when they came for a drink! WiFi really good and loved the dog wash and dryer!! My sisters dog loved the dog park and made lots of friends. The dark skies were incredible. Very chilled

Tyckte inte om The star gazing dome was too dirty to see the stars and we couldn’t work out the telescope. Not much to do for under 12s.

We do have some amazing pitches along the river here with the animals opposite grazing which you get to enjoy. It was so nice to see yours sisters dog having great fun in the dog walk with all the other dogs, zooming around. Our darks skies are incredible here and the things that you can see can blow you away. I have taken on board the comment about the dome.

Tyckte om This is a brilliant camp site, we were pitched right next to the stream which was amazing. The telescope in the dome for night time star gazing is a great addition! I feel the only things missing from here are the ability to have a campfire and more for kids to do, a little play area would be the cherry on the cake for what is a great site.

Från föreståndaren: Thank you for your great review. We hope that you enjoyed your stay with us here at Rockbridge Park. We had the telescope and dome as a new addition this year for the darks skies.

We would love for people to enjoy campfires here at Rockbridge but unfortunately we had a fire in one of our bin bays last year which means we had to change our rules on them. We have taken on board the comments with the children's play area.

Tyckte om Everything, facilities and grounds were immaculate, modern and well maintained. The staff were amazing.
Loved the star gazing pod.
Nice quiet site, where children have plenty of room to play and be children.
The dog walking area was fantastic, my 2 spaniels did not want to leave, plenty of room for them to be off their leads and run, they even have a dog shower and dryer on site which was perfect after my dogs went swimming in the river. The river has very shallow parts for children to paddle in also.
Our children are 8 and 14, and they had a great time.
The site is remote, but perfect if your are looking for some family time and looking to explore the beautiful scenery.
Upon arrival we got a welcome pack which contained 2 activity packs and pencils for the children and 2 tennis balls for the dogs , great touch!!

Having the river running through the park means that everyone can get chance to enjoy time to play around in the river.

Tyckte om Beautiful, well tendered, quiet site. The shower block and facilities had everything. Even an iron! Helpful staff and lovely walks. Also close enough to walk into town where there are lovely pubs, shops tea rooms etc

Dog shower available but we didn't use it.
Lots of space and very quiet.
Very helpful staff who helped us when we broke down in our vehicle at reception.
The telescope in the dome was brilliant.

Tyckte om Fantastic site - really friendly greeting on arrival with lots of useful info. Pitches large and well spaced, lovely river walk where our dogs could paddle, great dog park complete with basket of tennis balls and toys. Lovely circular walk into Presteigne, loos clean and even had a dog wash. More attention to detail than we have come across at any other site. We will definitely be back 👍👍
