Riverview Caravan Park

Tyckte om: The on site facilities were varied and good; bar/pub, play park, swimming pool, shop, food van open from 6pm onwards. The layout of the site was really good and everything was within a short distance. The on site entertainment was good with bingo and a live singer. The site manager was really friendly and extremely accommodating. Everyone who visited has already booked back on for the August bank holiday later in the year.

Tyckte inte om: There wasn't any soap or toilet roll in any of the toilets, all weekend. Luckily we had some of our own but I feel this is worth mentioning if you're staying in one of the pods, bring along some toilet roll. Also only 1 of the 3 toilets in the ladies toilets have locks on the doors. This small change could make a huge improvement to the site and people's experience.

Från föreståndaren: Hi guys it was great to see you at the week end with the opening of our new upgraded touring field which as you see has a new access road to all new 18 harstanding pitches
And hard standing and parking places for the camping pod

That you for bring to our attention about lock on the door in the ladies and no hand wash
I have reported this to our amazing team to sort out asap

Re the toilet payer I think I should have build a paper factory out back
It dose not matter how many rolls we put out it was over 50 this week end and still there gone asap
Well done you bring your own I would always recommend you this

Tyckte om: I was running late on the day of arrival so I rang the site and the guy said no problem ring me when you get here have a safe journey. On arrival we met phil the site manager and what a wonderful guy, he walked with us to the pitch and told us about the site etc and the local walks and if we needed anything to give him a shout as he is about somewhere. As we arrived a bit later we had burger and chips from the onsite van lovely food served and made by a great couple who also was very friendly and helpful. The campers, pod campers and the caravaners were all so friendly and chatty. We some great walks out with our dog and enjoyed the on site bar well priced and great friendly staff. I will certainly be returning as this was our 1st time there.
All in all a fantastic break we'll priced, relaxed and friendly.
I have marked WiFi as as 10 but not a clue as I try to use my phone as little as possible whilst away as I get enough of that at work and home 🤣

Yes the WiFi is a challenge down side to living in Lincolnshire
All depends on your network
I do recommend buying a booster for your network WiFi

We do have full WiFi in and around the onsite pub and shop

Tyckte om: Thank you to phill and his team for a lovely stay in the pod. Phill was very friendly and explained everything to us. The pod smelt lovely and fresh and clean when we arrived. The pod has electricity and fridge kettle and toaster. Bed allready set up for us. Used the swimming pool and bar. Nina from bar was so welcoming to me my daughter and dog and introduced us to some friendly locals. Being on my own with my daughter I was made to feel very welcome. The drink prices were great. Very nice quiet site with a family run feel about it. We will be back. Thanks Sarah

Tyckte om: Fantastic to be back the new road and hardstandings really has improved the touring field frw snagging jobs to do but looking so much better. Our pod was lovely and clean and new chairs on decking as well fab job . Toliets and showers spotless and cleaned regularly throughout our 2 night stay . The new shop is a great addition as well . Keep up the good work Phil and your team its certainly getting there.Added bonus was the free airshow we had Saturday morning fantastic to see the Lancaster real treat. We love the place the price the facilities the peacefulness and the beautiful strolls down the river fab little place to destress and recharge the batteries
