Gostou This is honestly the perfect place for families, or anyone just looking for a bit of peace and quiet! 🥰
Paul is absolutely brilliant with the children, from late-night bear hunts to trips to see his horses — and my girls even got to collect fresh eggs! 🐴🥚
Kate and the other girls do such a fantastic job in the little café hut too. The food is incredible, and the bubble wands were a HUGE hit with my girls! 🫧
The facilities are spotless!!

Such a lovely, relaxed place with so much for the kids to enjoy. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back! ❤️

Gostou Everything ! Very clean toilets and showers. The owners were so friendly and welcoming. I didn't take the correct pegs so Paul lent me some and helped me pull a couple out of the ground when putting my tent down. I took my 5yr old daughter camping for the first time and we'll never forget it - perfect for what we needed and wanted 😁 the bear hunt was great too

Gostou We loved our 2 night stay so much, we already have plans to book again and cannot wait to go back next year with our 2 children. The family who run the site couldn't do enough for everyone, including jump starting the car after it died 🙈 and are some of the nicest people we have ever met. This was our first time camping as adults and we couldn't have chose a better place to do it. Filey is one of my favourite places and this is in an ideal location for so many other places too. The views were breathtaking, especially when you get to the top of the hill (not the faint hearted). They even did a bear hunt as it starts to get dark, unfortunately we didn't take part as we were absolutely shattered but the kids sounded like they were loving it. The showers and toilet blocks were great and so much better than we anticipated, especially for a site off-grid, very well maintained, hot water, always clean and stocked up. Looking forward to playing in the games area next time and trying the waffles as they look amazing but didnt get chance this time round. Thankyou for a fantastic experience.

Gostou Great campsite with lovely views from the hill. The owners are really friendly and helpful. Very child friendly with lots of games for kids to play and a little obstacle course. The facilities are clean. They serve breakfast on site which is delicious and very reasonably priced.

Gostou Great people in sight good food great for kids love the walk on the evenings bell tent lovely and clean on arrival toilets and shower always kept clean and tidy bins are always emptied and checked threw the day, we have a great weekend and my kids really enjoyed it will definitely be on are list each year too visit, all staff on sight are just so lovely and kind and caring Paul the main man has great humour and a kind man kid love him

Gostou Absolutely amazing site with amazing hosts/owners! We loved every bit of our stay here and enjoyed every moment. Food was amazing, site was quiet with loads of space, facilities were spotless at all times, views were incredible, really calm and peaceful atmosphere. Just a really really super campsite!

Gostou A lovely campsite for families. I think the best toilets/ showers/ washing up areas I have ever experienced when camping. All areas very clean and great water pressure/ temperature. The little touches to make things practical and nice were really appreciated (e.g space around the pot wash area/ draining rack).

Owners are so friendly and welcoming. Almost makes it feel like you’re part of a village straight away. They go out of their way to make things fun for kids and make sure everyone is okay.

Beautiful sunsets and a relaxing, safe atmosphere.

It’s handy (and nice) to have a cafe on site, as well as games/ play areas for kids.

Reasonable price for camping, and for items for cafe.

Close to beaches.

One of the best all round campsites I have visits.
