Polubione Friendly welcome, excellent facilities and immaculate showers. Only stayed one night but everything was perfect thank you.

Polubione The site was very welcoming as soon as we arrived at reception and checked in. Plenty of information offered regarding the site both in advance and on arrival.
All the pitches had good space for setting up.
Very clean facilities, plenty toilets and lovely hot showers.

Niepolubione The site is right next to a very noisy road, not constant traffic but many loud vehicles racing by at times!
On site shop very limited and farm shop closed Sunday and Monday which is a shame if staying long weekend.
Quite a distance from any large food shop suppliers.

Od administratora: Many thanks for your review. We are pleased to see that although you have disliked so many things about our site, it has not stopped you saying you would still return. Just to clarify a few things: We are just a small campsite and we have a small shop which is for convenience for our guests. We are NOT a supermarket. The Farm Shop: This is completely separate to our campsite and feel it is unfair that you are reviewing them when you are meant to be reviewing the campsite. They are called Oinkers if you feel the need to review them. With regards to the road we cannot control what drives along it. This road gives you fantastic access and is on a bus route. If you want complete peace and quiet with no road noise then I suggest that you find a campsite that is in the middle of nowhere with narrow lanes to get to. With regards to being far away from places I suggest that in future you do your research to where you are staying. We are 3 miles away from the A30 which means you can be in Exeter in 20mins and Okehampton is 15mins. However we are grateful that you would recommend us to your friends. Polubione This is a real gem of a site.
The reception staff were polite, friendly and really helpful.
The amenities were spotless and first class.
The site was peaceful.
We had a touring full service pitch which even though slightly sloping, we had no trouble in siting our caravan.

Niepolubione Road aside is a bit noisy.

Polubione Very pleasant site with large pitches so that it doesn't feel crowded. Good facilities and very pleasant wardens. Farm shop about 100m way on a path across a field.

Niepolubione Road along one side of site has some noise intrusion of large lorries first thing in the morning.

Od administratora: Many thanks for your kind review. You are correct we do indeed have a road that runs past the site. This means that the access that you have in getting to us is brilliant! You also have a bus that takes you from the site to Exeter and to Okehampton and even Bude. Again this is because we have a road running past our site! We are also in the country which means that we have tractors and some wagons passing. This is a public road and it is out of our control what travels on it. Also just to note that you were in a tent, which means there is very little to block any sound. We are pleased to see that the road hasn't put you off visiting us again. Polubione Sehr schöner und sehr gepflegter und kleiner Campingplatz. Das „Klein“ meine ich hier positiv.

Sehr positiv ist auch die schöne, gepflegte und eingezäunte Hundewiese.

Ebenfalls erwähnenswert ist der Bus Stop direkt am Eingang zum Campingplatz von dort kommt mit dem Bus sowohl nach Exeter als auch nach Oekhampton.

In der Nachbarschaft gibt es einen Farm Shop. Der hat u. a. tolles Lammfleisch anzubieten.

Niepolubione Der Campingplatz liegt direkt an der Straße nach Exeter. Dadurch gibt es tagsüber Verkehrslärm und auch die Farmer sind hier mit ihren Traktoren oft unterwegs. Vor allem in der Erntezeit.

Es gibt so gut wie keine Wanderwege abseits der Straße.
