Camping Zumaia

Likte The staff were amazing in reception and so helpful and went above and beyond eg. We asked about caravan storage and one of the ladies on reception took it upon herself to email on our behalf to different companies so we could go out for the day. The young man on reception helped my husband with the Spanish pronunciations of different things on the menu ect.

Likte ikke The cleanliness in the bar and the toilets in the bar and restaurant were very unclean and badly maintained
Showers on shutdown day was not acceptable. Sharing with men or vice versa was not alerted to campers and one toilet at least should have been available during this time and a set time for men and women for showering
We went with a car and touring caravan and our spot was most definitely not suitable for nothing more than a motor home

Regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of the bar and restaurant toilets, we will pass your comments on to the bar management, as this service is run independently by someone outside the campsite.

We’re also sorry that your pitch wasn’t as suitable as you had hoped for your car and touring caravan.

Likte Lovely campsite. We were here in October, so nice and not too bussy. Good train link to San Sébastian. Good cycling to Zumaia. Staff very helpful and all very clean.

Likte Well kept tidy campsite with helpful and efficient staff. The washrooms/showers were clean and in very good condition. Lovely walk along the river to town taking about 20 mins which had a number of restaurants to choose from. Overall a great stay.

Likte Great stop not far from San Sebastian. Opportunity to explore Zumaia as well which has a good beach and lovely old town that you might not normally visit as well as some excellent restaurants. The site is well served with on site shop and great shower / washing areas, unfortunately the restaurant was shut when we visited.

Likte ikke They show a footpath from the top of the site to town, at the far end it passes under a railway bridge with a lot of broken glass, not ideal for dogs, the Riverside walk accessed from the site entrance is far more attractive.

Likte Goede organisatie en goed verzorgde faciliteiten als douche,wc etc. Ligging van de camping is mooi.

June 04 pitch faces rear of shower block so no views . recommend a pitch higher up .
