Kedvelték La tranquilidad y la calma que se respira, el personal, las instalaciones, la piscina y la zona donde está situado es espectacular.

Nem kedvelték La limpieza de los baños en algún momento me pareció insuficiente a pesar de que soy consciente que pasan varias veces al día. Pero la sensación es de que la limpieza no es muy profunda.

La cafetería, que es una concesión externa con horarios un poco reducidos para estar en temporada alta

Nos alegra mucho saber que habéis disfrutado de la tranquilidad del camping, de nuestro entorno, de la piscina, de las instalaciones y, especialmente, de la atención de nuestro equipo.

Agradecemos también que nos trasladéis vuestra percepción sobre la limpieza de los baños. Como bien comentáis, realizamos varias limpiezas a lo largo del día y contamos con personal dedicado a mantenerlos en las mejores condiciones posibles. No obstante, tomamos nota de vuestro comentario sobre la limpieza más profunda, ya que siempre hay aspectos que podemos seguir mejorando.

Respecto a la cafetería, efectivamente se trata de una concesión externa al camping y sus horarios son gestionados directamente por sus responsables. Entendemos que en temporada alta podáis esperar un horario más amplio y para el año que viene tenemos pensado buscar a alguien que cumpla con las necesidades de los campistas en este aspecto.

We also appreciate your comments about the location. As our campsite is set on a hillside, the surrounding area does include some steep sections. However, many guests enjoy the beautiful views and the pleasant riverside walk into Zumaia.

Concernant le restaurant, nous comprenons votre déception. Celui-ci est géré de manière indépendante et ses horaires d'ouverture varient selon la saison. Nous ne manquerons pas de transmettre votre remarque à sa direction.

Nous sommes également désolés pour la gêne occasionnée par la présence de mouches. Il s'agissait d'une situation tout à fait exceptionnelle et ponctuelle qui, comme en témoignent plus de 11 années d'avis de nos clients, n'avait pratiquement jamais été signalée auparavant.

Nem kedvelték Having to park in an outside car park to register which as it was fairly full made doing a three point turn with a caravan a nightmare. The bar and restaurant could have been opened more often and in the evenings

We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your pitch, our sanitary facilities and the service provided by our reception team.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the check-in process. We ask guests to park in the designated car park before registering in order to keep the campsite roads clear and ensure a safe arrival for everyone. We’re sorry that manoeuvring your caravan in the car park was more difficult than expected.

If you decide to visit us again, you can complete your check-in online before your arrival. This allows you to access your pitch directly without needing to stop at reception, making the arrival process much easier, especially when travelling with a caravan.

Regarding the bar and restaurant, they are independently managed from the campsite. We understand your disappointment that they were not open more often in the evenings, and we will be happy to pass your comments on to their management.

Nem kedvelték Very poor that the site is advertised with a restaurant but for our two night stay the restaurant was closed. We should surely have been told this when we booked. The site is a twenty minute walk to the town and there is a very steep access road to the site which we had to cope with on both nights of our stay. In addition we were plagued with flies for the whole time we were there which made it impossible for us to sit by our van.

Regarding the restaurant, we would like to clarify that during the two days of your stay, both the bar and restaurant were open for lunch service, although they were closed in the evenings. We completely understand your disappointment if this did not meet your expectations, and we are sorry for the inconvenience. Although the bar and restaurant are independently managed, we will be happy to pass your comments on to their management.

We also regret the inconvenience caused by the flies. This was an exceptional and short-lived situation which, as can be seen from reviews collected over more than 11 years of operation, is something that has almost never been mentioned by our guests.

As for the walk to the town, the distance and access road are accurately shown on our website so that guests can decide whether our location suits their preferences. Many visitors enjoy the peaceful setting and the scenic riverside walk to Zumaia, although we understand that the uphill access may not be ideal for everyone.

Lamentamos las molestias ocasionadas por la presencia de moscas. Se trató de una situación completamente excepcional y puntual, algo que, como puede comprobarse en las reseñas de los más de 11 años que llevamos abiertos, prácticamente nunca había sido mencionado por nuestros clientes. Aun así, tomaremos las medidas oportunas para minimizar el problema lo antes posible.

También agradecemos vuestra sugerencia sobre el horario de la piscina. Tendremos en cuenta vuestro comentario de cara a futuras mejoras.
