Likte ikke The toilets and shower facilities were closed off, we presume because it was low season so we could only use the two disabled toilets. These facilities had 1 single hook, no where to put any clothes or wash things, the sink was a tiny hand wash sink which was very low down and therefore difficult to wash in. It was very disappointing as one of the reasons we booked this site was because the shower block looked lovely. There are also signs up to remove outdoor footwear before entering the shower facilities which i understand they want to keep the facilities in good condition but this is a campsite.
The on site cafe is not dog friendly, thankfully it was pleasant enough to sit outside but we would have preferred inside. Another of the reasons we had chosen this site was for the cafe but again we couldn't use it properly. It looked lovely, all very new.

The two bathrooms available (disabled unisex) to use were very well equipped and clean which may have been because of the ban on wearing outdoor shoes in the building with CCTV for monitoring.

Likte ikke Customer service, met by a dower young man who was keen to read the list of the do’s and do not’s on the provided leaflet.
Ensured the information was given as quickly as possible and that I had taken in all the rules.
Upselling is a major part of the business model.
Unable to comment on the whole bathroom facilities as they were closed off during our visit as only seven or eight pitches in use so these all shared the two toilets.
Given the customer service didn’t improve, the list of regulations, CCTV for enforcement and highest cost of the four IOW sites we stayed at (not the best) we found it all too oppressive for an enjoyable break.

Likte Immaculate well laid out site.

Likte ikke Showers! 100% clean but the shower heads are way too high and the shower heads need descaling as the water comes out everywhere. Only wanted a quick shower without washing my hair - impossible.

And don't understand why we had to pay extra for a wind out awning within the pitch size allocation.

Likte Fabulous site. Really tidy & well kept. Lovely cafe/take away. The showers were amazing, we’d love to come again!

Likte Such a well presented and managed site! Great cafe, communal facilities and shop. This site is just lovely.

Likte ikke Unfortunately we were there at the same time as a school who made the communal facilities feel and sound like a school changing room. No fault of the site owners but it wasn’t the “quiet site” vibe.

Likte First class facilities and on-site shop and Cafe. Next to a nice village Pub with wide range of food available. *Normally.
Wide pitches with hedge separation for privacy.

Likte ikke No-one around at Reception on arrival and a Luke warm welcome when we did find someone, who then read the dos & dont’s -previously sent by email.
Large party of teens on some sort of supervised excursion which meant we couldn’t get Pizza that evening as they were too busy. This was after the Pub had told us the Chef was ill and food unavailable. Maybe better if Stoats had told us the situation when we checked in.
