Likte Perfect location and easy access for a large camper. There were basic facilities up in the farm yard however I didn’t need them myself so can’t rate. Would stay again for the location, maybe just nowhere near the weekend when the rowdy campers pitch up as I can see from previous reviews it’s not been everyone’s experience.

Likte ikke First site I’ve stayed on that doesn’t ask people to be courteous and leave a 3m space from others. Consequently carfuls of teenage lads turned up and wedged their cars between my van, the stone wall and some poor guy in a one man tent (clearly wasn’t a clear area to pitch) couldn’t use my main door or sit outside the van on a chair, also pitched their three tents less than half a metre in a U shape across the bonnet so I couldn’t relocate, they kept the whole site up until early hours as no noise curfew. This place could be an absolute gem with just the standard campsite restrictions but I fully understand the owners are busy running a farm and don’t have the time to enforce it.

Likte Shower has great water pressure and perfect temperature. Handy washing up facilities. Location is amazing.
Friendly family owned site. Highly recommend

Likte Great location for walks and facilities are good. Even though there was only 2 toilets and 1 shower I never had to wait.

Likte ikke Large groups allowed to camp together causing loud noise untill past 1am playing music. Not the place to go if you need to get up early to hike like we did.

Likte ikke 10pm noise curfew is not policed and often ignored bu campers. During my stay several groups were up talking and playing music via a speaker until midnight/early hours. Im not the fun police but they showrd no respect to their nearby campers.

The facilities are basic so be prepared for this. Showers are £1 for 3mins, and there is only 1 male and 1 female shower. They could so with a bit of TLC, but your camping in a working farm.

Likte Location, near to good hiking and biking trails. Nice big field, good for pitching tents etc.

Likte ikke Noise from other campers, lots of groups ignore the 10pm curfew for silence. This is probably because everyone knows it's not enforced. Would make a difference if the campsite owner did a walk around at 11pm. There were groups playing music and shouting at 2:30am last night despite others telling them to shut-up. Also, wish the gate at the main road was set back a bit because it's not safe to stop car on the road to open it. Same when leaving and closing it.

Likte ikke The site says strictly no noise after 10pm this is not monitored and went on until after 2am.

Toilets were not the best and pitches are not in set places, one couple pitched next to us so closely the couldn't put up their guide ropes as the end of their tent was pressed against ours. They continued to argue into the night not the sites fault but in such close proximity it was unpleasant with two kids in tow.
