Van de manager: All our pitches and glamping units look out over our fields to the magnificent views of the fells beyond. Our site is right at the far end of our farmyard so farm noise is kept to a minimum. So gald you enjoyed your stay and thank you for leaving a review.

Ik was blij met Stayed in the shepherds hut 'Sheepfold'. Well equipped for cooking, Inc airfryer, Slow cooker, microwave. Underfloor heating kept it cosy. Little outdoor seating area. Surrounded by beautiful scenery.
Short drive to Seascale for beach and local Co-op store.
Short drive to Muncaster Castle and Ravenglass heritage railway.

Ik was niet blij met Bed settee could do with being renewed as starting to sag on the 'seat side' so a little uncomfortable to sleep on.

Van de manager: Thank you for your review our views are indeed magnificent looking up the Wasdale valley to Scafell Pike and the surrounding Western Fells. I provice towels and bathmats as I think it is not very good travelling around with wet towels in your vehicle nor standing on lino to dry yourself.

Ik was blij met What a beautiful friendly site. We stayed in the gypsy wagon. Clean tidy and very warm. Heating was put on prior to our arrival. Good location for visiting surrounding area. Toilets and showers clean and hot water in the shower. Would highly recommend anyone to stop here.

Van de manager: Thank you for your review. We are ideally situated for customers to hike the fells, enjoy a low level stroll or enjoy an ice cream on the nearby sandy beach. Muncaster Castle and Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway are nearby.

Ik was blij met We stayed in a van conversion. The location is very good, and close to where we wanted to cycle. The toilet block is good, clean, and only a short walk from the pitch. We briefly met the owners and they were both very friendly.

Ik was niet blij met The only issue for us were the cats, there are a lot of them, and as we cook off the back of our van they became an issue. If you cook internally then this is not a problem, and in other reviews you will see their friendliness as a plus.. Are you a cat or dog person :) Other than this it was a pleasant stay.

Van de manager: I am sorry that the cats were a nuiscance. We ask that people do not feed them but some people disregard this ask. Thank you for your review. Sorry I could not spend more time chatting with you. My Dad is quite poorly in hospital which at the mkment is tsking up a lot of my time

Ik was blij met Beautiful caravan with everything we needed! There were so many cats too all of which were so friendly. And the owners were especially kind. Me and my partner had the car smashed into at a previous hike spot and they were very accommodating considering our situation being easy that our check in time was much later than expected. Excellent spot and everything was clean and wonderful we really enjoyed our stay thank you!

Ik was blij met Great little clamping place. We stayed in sheep fold and there’s everything we needed and well decorated. Toilet annd bathroom is very clean. Even we stayed during storm Dave and we felt safe inside this cosy pod. Definitely visit again!
