All the staff were welcoming and friendly

Ik was niet blij met Not a dislike as the shower and toilet were very clean, but would have liked another shower available.

The pod was roomy and well equipped.
Beds were fine , we took appropriate bedding as informed.
I could have sat there all day very relaxed .

Ik was blij met Lovely small campsite. The pub onsite is excellent and the food was delicious! Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

We stayed in the pod and it was perfect. Good size and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in on a campsite! Fridge with tea/coffee and milk was a lovely touch and made things easier!

Modern shower/toilet rooms. Park and football pitch across the road was ideal for the children. Lovely location, some lovely beaches and walks nearby.

Ik was niet blij met With the shower room being not separated from the toilet/sink meant it was steamed up for most of our stay. There is a separate small toilet in the beer garden which can be used, but as the sink is attached to the back of the toilet it isn't ideal for brushing your teeth- so when using the main bathroom the steam made the mirror, sink etc difficult to use without getting soaked.

Ik was blij met We stayed as a couple in the 1 pod they had on site which was clean and spacious with a fridge and kettle while our friends stayed in a camper on the field next to it. There's 1 shower and 2 toilets on site and pitches with electric hookup. We had an evening meal in the lowther arms and couldn't fault the quality and amount you got we highly recommend it. Through the day we walked to allonby which took about an hour each way but jacks surf bar doesn't allow dogs inside and the ship hotel does. We'll definitely return at some point.

Ik was blij met Spacious pitches, although the only one camping. Great pub and food was fabulous! Staff couldn’t do enough for us.
Shower and toilet clean and tidy, although if full is the only shower. Accepted dogs on the site and in the pub.

Ik was niet blij met Nothing, was great! Would definitely camp there again.

Ik was blij met Everything about it was so wonderful, pitches, meals , walks and the peacefulness, with the slow pace of life was amazing. We really didn’t want to leave.

Ik was blij met Staff very friendly and helpful, nice welcome on arrival. Pitches grassy and flat. Toilet and shower in external block located on the side of the pub. Site clean and tidy, plenty of water points and central bin/ waste area

Ik was blij met We stayed in the pod. Excellent little set up with a fridge and a kettle and underfloor heating-much appreciated since the weather was awful! Small pitch, there were only two other families on at the same time as us, and they left after the first night, so for the second night we were on our own. The pub was brilliant, we had Sunday lunch there which was absolutely delicious, and the land lady was kind enough to lend us some cups as I had forgotten ours! Felt very safe and the kids had plenty of room to play. There’s a play park across the road and the beach is a ten minute walk down the road. We stayed for two nights and the kids didn’t want to leave! Will definitely book here again!

Ik was niet blij met The only downside was the toilet/shower room was very cold and there was only one, not really a problem as it wasn’t very busy and wouldn’t put me off staying again. And the WiFi didn’t work either-we were warned about this when checking in though, and we were told that because of the weather it probably wouldn’t work-again not really an issue as it gave us all some device free family time!
