Ik was blij met Nice flat ground and option for quieter camping by the river. Good location and enjoyed the scenery. Saw lots of bunnies. Shower block clean.

Ik was niet blij met Shower/toilet block quite a long walk from tent pitches especially by the river. Portaloo not the cleanest and Was completely full. Unfortunately really loud neighbours were really disruptive, had to move pitch to the riverside camping to get away from them. Clear designated quiet zone would be better.

Ik was blij met Everything about this motor home camp was brilliant, Toilets where clean, Sowers where clean. Jack who Runs the place is a top man very friendly and fare. Loved the river went fishing didnt catch anything but thats because i am crap at fishing. Hot air balloon went over my head how cool is that. Earlier in the morning there were rabbits everywhere. Rained on the last day but thats just nature. I have been to a lot sites in my time this is one of the best i have stayed at ,I would definitely stay here again .Looking forward to come back soon. Ik was blij met Jack was extremely accommodating as I hadn't realised it wasn't an electric hook up pitch there was no problem he couldn't sort to help us a very kind young man

Ik was blij met Nice quiet campsite. With a little river down the bottom. Very realaxing. Location was great for walks with kids to find waterfalls around stainforth

Ik was blij met Green grass, plentiful hot water, location near Settle

Ik was niet blij met Quite unwelcoming feel, very loud music all evening, loud noise from building works next morning, overflowing bins, not enough toilets, not well cleaned, 5 mph limit apparently didn't apply to manager on his quad bike.

Ik was blij met Location, Location, Location. Walkers’ paradise!

Walk along river to Stainforth Force (and Knight Stainforth pub), Stainforth Village (Craven Heifer Pub), Catrigg Force. 30 min walk to Settle (plathora of eateries and more pubs). There is a train service into Settle (also Settle to Carlisle Railway joirney stunning).

We were self contained in a motorhome so didnt use facilites, however the Elsan point and number of taps in bottom field were perfectly adequate for our needs.

Perfect stay … will definitely return.

Ik was niet blij met Whilst others have commented on not enough facilities for size of site - I’d just choose to go at a quieter time in the day, as the location makes up for it for me.

Ik was blij met cant really fault it.the site is just a mile from town and only about a mile and half from stainforth force.there was two fields which was seperated by a stream hich was drinkable water.there were water stations set up so you could fill up when you want.there was two portaloos and a toilet and shower blocks for male,female and disabled.the blocks were clean and overall i was very pleased with my stay and would come back.
